Try our outdoor walking dinners on the sundeck or in our lush garden, featuring bite-sized snacks and plenty of opportunity to mix-and-mingle with your colleagues or friends in one of our larger venues. It’s also great for New Year’s receptions! • Instead of a dinner or evening event, let us create the ultimate Christmas breakfast or brunch for you and your colleagues to enjoy in a festive setting. • Spruce up your holiday baskets with a budget-friendly bottle of our beloved house wine!


Banquet Information PLATED MENU AGREEMENT

FUNCTION AGREEMENT

Minimum of 12 guests and maximum of 30 guests. Service fees will be charged separately.

Discounts will be added as soon as Divi Flamingo recieves a signed copy of the event contract.

BUFFET AGREEMENT

Banquets above $1000 are required to make a deposit 5 days before the event date.

Buffets include one welcome beverage per person. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet options require a minimum of 20 guests.* Depending on the venue and steup, an additional one-time setup fee may be incurred for decorations, chairs, chair covers and linens. *The Holly Jolly menu requires a minimum of 12 guests

BAR AGREEMENT

For events of 50 guests or more, we will add an extra bartender for $30 per event.

Due to inclement weather conditions, Divi Flamingo Beach Resort & Casino may change event location to an indoor venue if available. Divi Flamingo Beach Resort & Casino requires a credit card on file for any additional charges and/or balances that maybe incurred during the event, including any damages to the property. You will be held responsible for the behavior of your guests. The total number of guests attending your event must be confirmed and submitted to the food and beverage manager at least two days prior to the function. In the event that your party should fall below the confirmed number of guests less than two days prior to your function, you will still be charged for the total number of confirmed guests. ABB tax is included in all prices. An 18% service charge is billed seperatly for food and beverages. All room or venue rental fees will be waived if food and beverage costs $2,000 or more in total.
