We will be doing a park cleanup and a scavenger hunt, and eat lunch at the park afterwards. There will be snacks and drinks, but everyone will have to bring their own food. I hope that all the clubs which can come will come so that we can all have fun serving together!

The Global Engagement Rally is an online event which aims to bring together Key Club members from around the world to celebrate the work our organization does. The rally will be held on Saturday, November 9, over Zoom at 10:00 AM CST. All club members and advisors are encouraged to attend! Trick-or-Treat forUNICEF

Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF is a yearly partnership between Key Club International and UNICEF USA which challenges Key Clubs to hold fundraisers and collect donations for a UNICEF project throughout the month of October. This year, donations will go to supporting Start Strong: Zambia, a program which seeks to raise money for building community centers, recruiting qualified volunteers, and buying age-appropriate toys for children in Zambia under age 5 to help raise quality of life for Zambian youth. Information and resources can be found on the Key Club International website.

Earl Collins Foundation Grants

Named in honor of the decorated Kiwanian Dr. Earl A. Collins, the Earl Collins Foundation was founded in 1960 in order for Missouri-Arkansas Kiwanians to invest funds into youth organizations, including Circle K International, Builders Clubs, KKids, Aktion Clubs, and our very own Key Clubs! In 1984, the Earl Collins Scholarship Fund was incorporated to further honor Dr. Collins. In 2020 The Earl Collins Foundation expanded to add a Grant Program for service leadership programs such as Key Club to fund service projects which require funding beyond the capacity of a single club. Every Key Club in Missouri and Arkansas is invited and encouraged to take advantage of the possibilities for service which the Earl Collins Foundation offers! Go to k14.site.kiwanis.org/earl-collins-foundation-scholarships/ and look for the ECF-Brochure under the “ECF Grants and Information” section for more information.

DLC 2025:

March 13th-15th

The upcoming DLC will have a tropical theme DLC will be held at the University Plaza Hotel, 333 S John Q

Hammons Pkwy, Springfield, MO 65806

We hope that all clubs will plan to attend this year’s District Leadership Conference! DLC is an opportunity for all of the clubs in the MissouriArkansas District to come together to celebrate the work that we have done throughout the school year, to learn about new skills and opportunities for service, and to build connections with our fellow club members from across the district.

Every year at DLC there are forums! These are scheduled meetings where a speaker (or speakers) give a presentation on a topic of the speaker’s choice which relates to Key Club. Do any members of your club have a topic or cause that they are passionate about? If so, feel free to email me about applying to run a forum at DLC 2025!

Key Leader is a weekend experiential leadership program for today’s young leaders. This life-changing event focuses on service leadership as the first, most meaningful leadership-development experience. A Key Leader will learn the most important lesson of leadership it comes from helping others to succeed.
