Paloma Palomino Prudential Spirit of Community Award Winner Published February 14, 2020 Paloma Palomino, Grade 8, has been recognized as a Distinguished Finalist by Prudential Financial in their annual Spirit of Community Awards! Paloma is one of eight Michigan students receiving the Distinguished Finalist recognition! Paloma is being recognized for her presentation on "period poverty" and her collection of feminine hygiene products last year. Paloma will be formally recognized at school later this year. Congratulations, Paloma!
Hockey Heaven Published February 14, 2020 Last Friday, the fourth graders bravely challenged the faculty in the annual Grade 4 v. Faculty floor hockey game. Each year the fourth graders put their skills to the test as a culmination to their floor hockey unit. This year proved to be another friendly, yet competitive, experience for all. Grade 3 is already looking forward to their chance to take on the teachers in 2021!
