DINEAMIC REFERRAL PROGRAM New Hires:

If brought on board, you will receive a $300 staff incentive card after completing training that is valid at any of our venues so that you can try out all our restaurants and get to know our brands better.

Referrals: If you refer an hourly employee to our new venues, you will receive a $300 bonus once they have completed 30 days of employment. If you refer a salaried employee to our new venues, you will receive a $1,500 bonus once they have completed 60 days of employment.

Throughout September, $1 from one specific menu item sold was donated to the Greater Chicago Food Depository in honor of Hunger Action Month. DineAmic donated a total of $9,384.

HOURLY COMP UPDATES

Throughout October, $1 from one specific menu item sold was donated to Lynn Sage Foundation in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. DineAmic is on track to donate over $10,000 this year. In October, DineAmic Co-Founder, David Rekhson, co-chaired the Nourishing Hope Annual Gala. During a live auction giveaway, DineAmic donated $40,000 to Nourishing Hope through an in-home dinner experience with Fabio Viviani.

We are pleased to share that DineAmic has updated and enhanced its policies for employee-based discounts. These changes expand employee discounts both while dining as a guest and while working. The changes took effect September 1st, 2023.

Employee Discount - Hourly Employee Off Shift Dining Alone?

Enjoy 50% off of all items for Hourly Employees of DineAmic Hospitality restaurants.

Dining with Friends or Family?

Enjoy 25% off your total bill for the entire group when dining with Hourly Employees of DineAmic Hospitality restaurants. When dining in a DineAmic property, employees should be equipped to prove employment. This can be accomplished by showing an active ADP profile or active Hot Schedules profile. Employees are required to get management approval at the venue in order to be seated as guests at the bar. Employees should remember to tip on the full amount of the bill, pre-discount.

Employee Comps and Discounts - Hourly Employee On Shift Requirements: The following comp discounts are valid on the same day of hourly employees shift while working, varying based on the total number of hours worked. Discount cannot be applied to alcohol, as alcohol cannot be consumed on the day of work.
