THE LAKE HOUSE
The Lake House at Cherokee Ridge is the perfect spot for weekend getaways, buddy groups and business retreats Situated high on a knoll overlooking both the golf course and a sparkling 17-acre lake, this lovely Cape Cod-inspired retreat can accommodate 15 to 20 guests. It has 7 large guests rooms on two separate levels.
Both residence floors offer access to a great room with overstuffed sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the comforts of home. Hi-Speed wireless internet access is available throughout the Lake House along with a conference room equipped with an overhead screen.

The Lake House provides scenic views of the golf course and plenty of outdoor areas too The back patio boasts a cozy seating area and BBQ grill Two large decks enhance enjoyment of the natural surroundings The front deck allows you to relax in true Southern style, cozied up in a rocking chair overlooking the golf course. The large waterfront deck located on the backside of the house overlooks the 17-acre lake.
Private and relaxing, the comfortable style of the Lake House is a charming destination for a weekend getaway, family reunion, business retreat or group gathering.

WHAT WE DO
BRAND DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
Profession photography is scheduled for the next sunny day. In today's world of marketing, it all starts with photos that consumers can see on the internet.
BRAND MARKETING AND ACTIVATION
The Dickson Group will coordinate, set up a VRBO site, and promote with professional marketing on many avenues such as: nearby Chamber of Commerces, corporate event destination companies, as well as our website SEO optimization will be used on Google site to attract guests.
COODINATION WITH THE CLUB
Coordination for the weekend to include drinks, food, golf tee times into one bill for each guest to pay at check out.
Example: Per each guest make a temporary guest ID to charge all items for the weekend stay back to that ID.
COORDINATE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
All calendars will be given to the cleaning staff and club staff to let everyone know who will be checking in and checking out on a weekly basis.

Signs on all available lots offered to the public - on course lots there will be two signs, both the road and the course - per the CC&R's. Ask about community signage at the community entrance. See examples at the end of proposal. Marketing material - brochures and social media will be complete
MARKETING AND ONGOING STRATEGIES
Promote take down lots in phases of 10 to builders The offering will be made to various builders in hopes for LOI's
Individual post cards and calls made to local residents with empty lots next to them offering the empty lot Listing in the local MLS for lots (15 at a time)
GOVERNMENT - SCHOOL ZONE CHANGE
Meet with the Mayor to remind her that all Arab High Varsity and Jr. Varsity golf tournaments and practices are held at Cherokee Ridge. Also, ask her if Cherokee Ridge, Al could give a small donation from their tax revenue to be annexed into Arab City Schools. This would help immensely to be able to promote the lots as Arab City Schools vs Brindlee Mountain School District
The Dickson Group will be available on the weekend to be onsite (if space available for sitting) or for appointment tours of the community anytime. Especially visible on tournament weekends. Promote the community at local Chamber events and other events in North Alabama.
