Mit der Ausstellung „Bigger Than Life. 100 Jahre Hollywood. Eine jüdische Erfahrung“ (bis 15. April 2012) begibt sich das sanierte und neu gestaltete Jüdische Museum Wien auf Spurensuche in einer der spannendsten Kulturgeschichten des 20. Jahrhunderts. Die Schau blickt hinter die Kulissen, untersucht die Meilensteine der Filmgeschichte und präsentiert überraschende Exponate. /// ON THE TRAIL OF HOLLYWOOD. With the exhibition “Bigger Than Life. 100 Years of Hollywood. A Jewish Experience” (to 15 April 2012), the renovated and redesigned Jewish Museum Vienna is setting out on the trail of one of the most exciting cultural histories of the twentieth century. ZEITREISE IN DIE 50ER- UND 60ER-JAHRE Das Kult-Musical „Hair“ ist auf Österreich-Tournee und macht u. a. in der Wiener Stadthalle halt (13. und 14. Dezember). Der preisgekrönte Regisseur und Choreograf Gary Lloyd hat eine überwältigende Tour ausgerichtet. Das Publikum darf sich auf Flower-Power und Hits wie „Let The Sunshine In“ und „Aquarius“ freuen. 40 Jahre alt wird das Musical „Grease!“: Im Rahmen der Jubiläumstour ist die Rock’n’Roll-Lovestory ebenfalls in der Wiener Stadthalle zu sehen (6. bis 25. Cult musical “Hair” is currently on an Austrian tour, during which it will be stopping off, amongst other places, at the Vienna Stadthalle (13 and 14 December). Prizewinning director and choreographer Gary Lloyd has organised a stunning tour, which will give audiences the chance to enjoy flower power all over again with hits such as “Let The Sunshine In” and “Aquarius”.
