introduction Designlabland want to help your company to look into the future! But not through a crystal ball, but by a unique design innovation - A foldable displaycub in 100% recyclable PET plastic. The cube looks like a block of ice and can be built in endless combinations.

Together, Designlablands economist, design strategist, engineer, architect, artist, Art Director and Others created the concept behind the prototype the cell. The cell kan be used as a building block, light container for LED and logo-bearers. The cell is thus a highly flexible display stand. Customers may choose to use anything from a cube to hundreds. The cell is therefore suitable as a display option for both small businesses and large organizations.

how to assemble a cell

- - -

START The cell will be in four parts; 2 identical caps and 2 identical sloping walls. Mount the wall first.

-

Every wall has one end with a notch and one with a splint. Pair one of the slots with the corresponding wall rails.

Practical advices: Place a piece of corrugated packaging supplied to the floor. Gently press down so that the walls rest in the corrugated fibreboard – it will facilitate the assembly.

-

Then do the same with the other ends.

- Put on a lid. - Make sure to fit into the wings so that they attach to the inside of the sides. - Press the edges of the lid so that the lid stays on place. Turn the cell and repeat. Finished!

base As a basis for the cubes we recommend organic rubber (Arbergo) which also can be provided by Designlabland. The rubber acts as a locking bridge between the cube and the cube surface. It also protects against scratches. In order to link up different cells Designlabland can provide 2.5 mm wide cable ties, which were reaffirmed in the holes that exist in all cell corners.

Openings can be created as needed. For example, round holes to create lighting effects or a larger opening to put a product in.

technical description

In all cells You can put things in size up to 350 x 350 x 350 mm.

LED, printed logos, displays, etc

However, no weight exceeding 20 kg. Cells that are directly on the floor can handle more load than 20 kg, provided that the thing is placed in the cell on the cover standing on the floor.

www.designlabland.se

Printed adhesive logos or photographs can easily be applied to the cells. Maximum dimensions are 330 x 300 mm. Designlabland can provide these prints.

technical description how cells are dismantled and packed

Is it possible to sit on the cells? No! You can´t sit or stand on the cells. The cells can take a maximum weight load of 20 kg. HOW HIGH CAN I BUILD? To build higher than three cells, the cells should be assembled diagonally - this make sure the base is stable.

Is it possible to build a portal? Yes! To build a portal, a 4 mm stainless steel rod is used as additional reinforcement. How to build a portal?
