This parcel has a relatively simple right – 6.0 acres of Primary Irrigation with a priority of 1913 under Certificate 86324 (attached). There are some conditions on the water right, including a measuring device on the diversion. Additionally, portions of this water right ‘Place of Use’ are covered by newer structures and the gravel driveway area.

If you have questions regarding details of the McKay Switch project (project timeline, connection costs, available on-farm improvements, etc.), please contact Ochoco Irrigation District or the Deschutes River Conservancy.
