CMS Division | Structured Products

• A Structured Retail Product is a type of pre-packaged investment that combines traditional financial instruments (e.g. Bonds) with Derivatives (e.g. Stocks). Their value and returns are linked to performance of one or more underlying asset.

• Structured Products can offer features like capital protection, enhanced income or leveraged exposure. In short, these products allow retail investors to access complex investment strategies in a single product.

Structured Products| Automation

• Automation of structured products legal documentation involves using technology to generate, review and manage these documents more efficiently and accurately. Traditionally this was a manual process which required significant manual input from legal and compliance teams.

• With Automation systems, data can be ingested directly from structured product platforms and integrated into standardised templates. This ensures consistent formatting, correct legal language and faster turnaround times
