Give some kids a jar of beads and some elastic on which to string them, and they’re happy for hours. Whether yours have a minute or much more, they can sit and create the prettiest of bracelets using any combination of colour or shape.
No, this is not a balloon-modelling workshop where you only learn to make a car. It’s a workshop where you’ll be given a set of items that once constructed will take the shape of a car and will be powered by a balloon. Afterwards you can race them on our custom-built racetrack. Sounds simple enough, right?

About the most fun one can have with an empty water bottle is to be had at this workshop. Create a devilish design for your water bottle rocket, befitting of a projectile that will soar (if things go according to plan) through the sky from our bespoke pressurized aqua launch pad. How cool is that?

We have literally a tonne of quick drying clay for everyone and their friends to get their hands on. Create anything and everything from the useless to the useful, from the pretty to the practical... let your imagination and your fingers run wild!
Create your own K9 with these redundant plastic stamper cartridges, which peculiarly, look a little like dogs. Inspire and amaze our workshop team with just how many different breeds of dogs you can create.

SHORT CIRCUIT TENT SATURDAY 10am-4pm We stumbled across a huge bundle of squidgy roll-mat type material. We fleetingly thought about yoga mats, and then realised an army of children and adults making robot masks would be a better (and possibly more fun) home for it.

R2D2 TENT SATURDAY 10am-4pm SUNDAY 10am-3pm Make someone you like a bracelet. Choose your coloured threads, tie them to a safety pin, put the pin through your jeans (the ones you’re wearing) then go and sit somewhere quiet to weave your magic.
