ARTHREX WORLD HEADQUARTERS NAPLES, FL | $200M | 1.1M sq. ft. While Arthrex was founded in Munich, Germany in 1981, they have since established their world headquarters in Naples, Florida. Arthrex is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. With the mission of helping surgeons treat their patients better, Arthrex has pioneered the field of arthroscopy and develops over 1,000 innovative products and procedures each year. The Arthrex World Headquarters project consists of three, newly constructed buildings; the Innovation Hotel, the Administration building, and the Wellness center.

Arthrex’s Administration Building is a six-story, 300,000 sq. ft. modern office building with a 1,000-person capacity. The building also houses a 15,000 sq. ft. cafeteria, a six-story, 575,000 sq. ft. parking garage with space for 1,400 vehicles, and an outdoor terrace area overlooking a one-acre lake and green space.
The Innovation Hotel is a four-story, 200,000 sq. ft. complex with 160 rooms ready to host the thousands of visiting surgeons that travel to the Arthrex campus every year from around the world.
VENTURE X / LUTGERT BUILDING NAPLES, FL | $8.1M | 60,000 sq. ft. Venture X exists to meet the needs of small businesses, freelancers, and tech startups by providing a common workspace. From unlimited coffee to conference rooms with city views, Venture X coworking spaces create a vibrant community, populated with business professionals from many industries. Offering diverse levels of membership, Venture X can greatly reduce overhead costs and accommodate every business.
This Class-A 60,000 sq. ft. office building is shared between multiple tenants on the upper floors, while the ground floor is reserved for retail space.
This project consists of a 75,000 sq. ft. Class-A office space with an additional 70,000 sq. ft. of biomedical research laboratory.
NEOGENOMICS FORT MYERS, FL | $37.7M | 145,000 sq. ft. NeoGenomics is a global cancer diagnostics and pharma services company headquartered in Fort Myers, Florida. Since 2002, they have served the cancer community—specifically oncologists, pathologists, pharmaceutical companies, academic centers, and others—with innovative diagnostic, prognostic, and predictive testing.
THE COLLECTIVE NAPLES, FL | $13.5M | 127,000 sq. ft. The Collective is a three-story, multi-use retail and office space with an attached three-story 127-space parking garage located in Downtown Naples. The building is constructed with masonry and concrete with a metal and glass storefront exterior.
The Naples Children & Education Foundation (NCEF) was established in 2000 with the vision of making a profound and sustaining difference in the lives of children in Collier County. Through their annual Naples Winter Wine Festival, NCEF has raised over $212M to support local programs that improve the lives of underprivileged and at-risk children.
