ARTHREX, INC. GLOBAL HEADQUARTERS

The Arthrex, Inc. Global Headquarters project is a stunning display of modern architecture and cutting-edge construction, comprised of three magnificent new buildings: the INNovation Hotel, the Administration Building, and the Wellness Center.

The Administration Building is a towering six-stories high, encompassing 300,000 sq. ft. of prime office space complete with state-of-the-art meeting rooms, a spacious 15,000 sq. ft. cafeteria, and a breathtaking outdoor terrace overlooking a picturesque one-acre lake. It also features a massive 575,000 sq. ft. parking garage with ample space for 1,400 vehicles.

The INNovation Hotel is a luxurious four-story retreat, spanning 172,500 sq.ft. with 169 -units and 48-adjoining parlors. The hotel boasts an elegant atrium with plush seating, a full-service kitchen, and a stylish bar with a chic eating area. The first floor also features a billiards room, private theater, history display wall, product showcase, and stunning outdoor courtyard and bar. The hotel also includes a host of public restrooms, offices, and support spaces, along with a sprawling multipurpose recreational field, pickleball & basketball courts, and scenic paved walking paths.

The Wellness Center is a two-story marvel of fitness and health, spanning 44,000 sq. ft. with a top-notch fitness center boasting the latest equipment and group classes, including spinning and yoga. It also features a rejuvenating juice bar and lounge, a chic retail shop with Arthrex apparel and merchandise, and is home to the Arthrex Medical Center, offering free medical care to Arthrex employees and their families.

VENTUREX AT THE LUTGERT PROFESSIONAL CENTER

The Lutgert Professional Center is a unique, sustainable luxury office in the heart of Naples. Designed to bring the outdoors in with natural light and expansive views of the coastal skyline, this building utilizes an innovative, modern design to create a place where people love coming to work every day. VentureX occupies the 30,000 sq. ft. top level. Its mission is to provide high-quality, flexible spaces to business professionals allowing our members to grow their companies and exceed their business goals. Venture X provides a unique set of amenities and benefits that support business growth and professional development. DeAngelis Diamond managed the construction of the entire 60,000 sq. ft. project including the Venture X build-out.

The Neogenomics Headquarters project features three distinct and purpose-built structures: a towering threestory 75,000 sq. ft. office building with a combination of masonry, structural steel, and sleek curtain-wall design; a state-of-the-art two-story 75,000 sq. ft. laboratory building with a conveniently attached one-story receiving area, both constructed with durable masonry, robust structural steel, and contemporary curtain-wall; and a secure one-story 1,000 sq. ft. hazardous storage building, expertly crafted with sturdy masonry and engineered wood trusses to safely store hazardous materials.
