RESCH EXPO IS A NEW STATE OF THE ART EVENT AND EXPOSITION FACILITY LOCATED IN BROWN COUNTY, DIRECTLY ADJACENT TO LAMBEAU FIELD, JUST OUTSIDE OF GREEN BAY, WI. THIS PROJECT IS A KEY ADDITION TO THE EVER GROWING “TITLE TOWN DISTRICT” NEAR THE HOME OF THE NFL GREEN BAY PACKERS. FLEXIBILITY, ADAPTABILITY, AND CONNECTION TO OUTSIDE SPACES AND ITS CONTEXT ARE DESIGN DRIVERS THAT ARE APPARENT THROUGHOUT THE FACILITY. THIS WILL NO DOUBT BE A MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE THAT VISITS.

THE MAIN ATRIUM IS SPACIOUS AND FILLED WITH NATURAL LIGHT. THIS SPACE CAN BLEND SEEMLESSLY INTO THE ADJACENT EXTERIOR PLAZAS THROUGH A MULTITUDE OF DOORS AND LARGE OPENINGS. THE NEW DENVER NORTHFIELD FIRE STATION #39
IS IN RESPONSE TO THE GROWING NORTHFIELD COMMUNITY LOCATED AT 50TH AVE AND CENTRAL PARK BLVD. IN STAPLETON. FIRE STATIONS ARE AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE COMMUNITY; PART FIRST RESPONDERS WORKPLACE WITH APPARATUS STORAGE AND REPAIR, THE FIREFIGHTERS HOME, A GOOD NEIGHBOR, AND A COMMUNITY STRUCTURE. TRADITIONAL EXTERIOR DESIGN AND MATERIALS WERE USED TO CONTINUE THE STRONG IMAGE OF THE DENVER FIRE DEPARTMENT WITH CAREFUL ATTENTION TO PLAN AND DETAILING OF THE INTERIOR FOR A LIGHT FILLED LIVING AREA WITH EFFICIENT ACCESS TO THE APPARATUS AT ALL TIMES. AS A PUBLIC BUILDING, OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE ARE KEY TO THIS 50/100 YEAR BUILDING INCLUDING UTILIZING SUSTAINABLE DESIGN, WITH THE BUILDING SET TO ACHIEVE A LEED GOLD RATING.

TO BE A GLOBALLY RECOGNIZED LOCATION AND PROGRAM FOR THE EXTENSION OF WESTERN STOCK SHOW TRADITIONS AND PROMOTION OF PROGRESS IN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH FIELDS.THE CAMPUS ACCOMMODATES A VARIETY OF AGRICULTURAL PROGRAMS INCLUDING EQUESTRIAN AND LIVESTOCK BREED JUDGING COMPETITIONS AND EQUESTRIAN HORSEMANSHIP CONTESTS. EQUESTRIAN EVENTS HAVE ENTERTAINMENT VALUE FOR THE WESTERN COMMUNITY AND EDUCATIONAL VALUE FOR THE LARGER CIVIC COMMUNITY OF DENVER. THE PROPOSED EQUESTRIAN CENTER WILL OPERATE AS A STATE-OF-THEART HORSE SHOW EXHIBITION FACILITY HOSTING EQUESTRIAN EVENTS FOR 50 WEEKS OF THE CALENDAR YEAR. THE PROJECT INCLUDES TWO ARENAS, TWO ENCLOSED PADDOCKS, TWO OPEN PADDOCKS, STALL BARN, PARKING GARAGE, AND EXTERIOR PLAZAS.THE EQUESTRIAN EVENTS CENTER ARENA IS DESIGNED TO ACCOMMODATE A SINGLE RAKE 4,500 FIXED SEAT SEATING AREA ACCESSED AT THE BACK OF THE SEATING FROM 360-DEGREE CIRCULATION CONCOURSE. THERE ARE TEN (10) ENCLOSED AMENITY SUITE SPACES; FIVE (5) SUITES ON EACH SIDE OF THE LONG AXIS OF THE PRIMARY SEATING BOWL. AN AUXILIARY SHOW ARENA WITH 500 BLEACHER TYPE SEATS IS IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT TO THE EVENT CENTER ARENA. BOTH ARENAS HAVE 150 FT. X 300 FT. EVENT/EXHIBITION FLOOR FOOTPRINTS.
