Operational Divisions Division of Community Behavioral Health Philadelphia is the only county in Pennsylvania that opted to create its own 501(c)(3) Behavioral Health Managed Care Organization. CBH provides reinvestment opportunities that advance the system in priority areas.

CBH has demonstrated the ability to provide effective integrated care as a behavioral health carve-out. Our collaborative partnerships with the physical health managed care organizations have resulted in CBH’s second Pay for Performance award from the PA Department of Human Services.
CBH awarded evidencebased practice designations to 27 programs serving children, demonstrating our commitment to offering an array of high-quality, community-based treatment options.
CBH has earned the National Committee for Quality Assurance’s (NCQA) Managed Behavioral Health Organization (MBHO) Full Accreditation.
