The Royal Steensma Souplesse range offers a selection of colours and flavours, allowing you to easily create new variations for your customers. What makes Souplesse special is that it works with both refrigeration and freezing processes. The special blend of fats used, creates a flexible product, that does not crack or break off your bakery product.
Souplesse is easy to work with—the bucket can be quickly heated in the microwave in just a few minutes. This process can be repeated without compromising quality, enabling you to use only the amount you need at any given time.

ROYAL STEENSMA CHOCUISE
The Chocuise range from Royal Steensma is designed for refining your fine baked goods. It has a chocolate-like taste and the shine and snap typical of chocolate. It also impresses with its coverage, short solidification time and smooth texture. Chocuise is ideal for baked goods stored at room temperature.
HOT PROCESS GLAZES
Fresh fruit, pastry and pies take on a whole new persona when they are spruced up with glaze. We offer a full line of easy to use glazes that will take your products to the next level. There’s a glaze to suit every application and each of your requirements. We offer a wide variety of hot process glazes: Ready to use, manually or with spraying machines, some made with natural flavours and also preservative free options. Our Fonds are flavoured bavarois powders that can be used with fresh or non-dairy creams. They’re designed to stabilise, gelatinise, flavour and sweeten cream and can be used in nearly any recipe. Simply mix the Fond with water and fold in the cream for quick, delicious results.
Dawn offers an entire range of flavours, such as neutral, quark, chocolate, lemon and strawberry. Our Fonds show good solubility and stability, so end applications slice cleanly.

Fruitease is a premium range of candied fruit that takes your bakery and confectionery creations to new heights. The range includes a variety of delicious berries that are processed using an unique, gentle cold infusion method. The reduction in water content intensifies the fruity flavours and extends the shelf life of the fruit.
ROYAL STEENSMA CANDIED FRUIT
Candied fruit is fruit that has undergone a special preservation process. The candying process involves replacing the water within the fruit with a sugar syrup, lowering the water activity. This results in a fruit that is preserved by sugar and retains the delicious flavour of the original fruit.
ROYAL STEENSMA RASPEL
The Raspels are citrus zest flavouring pastes: a mixture of finely grated zest from lemons or oranges blended with sugar and natural flavours. The result is a smooth, aromatic paste that infuses your baked good with an intense citrus flavour. The flavouring pastes can be used for a large variety of cakes, cookies and pastries and are bake stable.
