GOAL AND TARGETS Designed to help learners develop physical competence and knowledge of movement towards an active and healthy lifestyle, the module generally made me realize of the importance of such activities.

ACTIVITY 2 GOAL AND TARGETS The nature of latin dance was discussed on this module, specifically, I was able to selfassess my progress in this physical activity, as well as realize the importance of this dance form in dance sport.

ACTIVITY 3 GOAL AND TARGETS In this module, I was able to meet its objectives.
