WHITE WOODS PRIMARY ACADEMY TRUST InVentry assists schools across White Woods Primary Academy Trust with their sign in procedure whilst simplifying their events management.

THE CHALLENGE

Andy Blatch, Trust IT Manager, wanted a central sign in system which would ensure that staff members could easily roam between all thirteen schools, whilst allowing them to easily track who is on which site; guaranteeing that they upheld outstanding safeguarding practices. The Trust also required a consistent system which allowed staff and visitors to sign in effortlessly during their events and training days.

THE SOLUTION

Glowing recommendations of InVentry, along with previous experience of using the system, ensured that the staff members of White Woods Primary Academy knew it was the right solution for the full trust.

Developed with flexibility in mind, InVentry Central provided the trust with an exceptional overview of who is at which site, at any given time. This now facilitates selected staff members to roam between their schools for headteacher events and training days. PARKSTONE GRAMMAR SCHOOL InVentry helps Parkstone Grammar School streamline their sign in process to enhance the safeguarding of staff, visitors and pupils.

THE CHALLENGE

Parkstone Grammar School needed help to improve their visitor management process and meet requirements around safeguarding within the school, as well as finding a more efficient way to record staff and visitor sign in to ensure they could accurately track who was on-site at any one time.

THE SOLUTION

InVentry was able to provide Parkstone Grammar School with an all-in-one solution that helped them create a professional and seamless registration process. With InVentry’s agreement screen feature, the solution also allowed the school to present their site documents upon arrival with visitors having to read and accept policy terms before being able to sign into the building.
