Helix HS4/2 Avvolgitore automatico a doppio braccio rotante che consente di produrre fino a 170 pallet/h in funzione del tipo di ciclo di avvolgimento, con un prestiro fino al 500%. Grazie al nuovo carrello di prestiro elettronico a doppia motorizzazione indipendente SCSP/2, è possibile impostare da display con continuità e precisione il prestiro, effettuare un ciclo di test del film in uso per ottimizzarne lo sfruttamento e quindi ricavarne un risparmio di materiale e ottenere un controllo totale della forza di contenimento del film sul prodotto.
Genesis Cube Avvolgitore automatico ad anello rotante che, grazie al dispositivo brevettato di motorizzazione esterna del carrello di prestiro BPSV, consente di definire da quadro elettrico il valore massimo della forza di deposito del film necessaria per stabilizzare il prodotto. Il valore di prestiro del film applicato sul carico è estremamente accurato, di conseguenza si ottiene una maggiore garanzia sul consumo di film; il prestiro può essere variato di continuo permettendo di assumere tutti i valori della scala fino al 400%. Inoltre, all’interno dello stesso ciclo di fasciatura, è possibile ottenere valori di prestiro diversi, senza interrompere l’avvolgimento. Altissime sono poi le produzioni orarie, che raggiungono i 135 pallet/h, in funzione delle dimensioni del pallet e del ciclo di fasciatura. Altre caratteristiche: elevata affidabilità della macchina e semplicità di manutenzione.

Helix HS4/2 Double rotating arm automatic stretch wrapping machine that enables the production of up to 170 pallets/h depending on the type of wrapping cycle, with prestretch of up to 500%. Thanks to the new electronic prestretch carriage and double SCSP/2 independent motorisation, the prestretch can be set from display (with continuity and accuracy), while tests can be made on the film to optimise the use of the same attaining savings and gaining total control of the film’s retention force on the product. Genesis Cube Rotating ring automatic wrapping machine that, thanks to the patented external motorisation device of the BPSV prestretch trolley, enables the definition of the max value of the depositing force of the film capable of stabilising the product. The prestretch value of the film applied on the load is extremely accurate, hence a greater guarantee on film consumption is obtained; the prestretch can be varied continuously enabling all the values of the scale up to 400%. As well as that, within the same wrapping cycle, different prestretch values can be obtained, without interrupting the wrapping operation. Extremely high the hourly output, that reaches 135 pallets/h, depending on the size of the pallet and the wrapping cycle. Other characteristics: high machine reliability and simple maintenance.
