GLOBAL BLUE LOYALTY MEMBERSHIP CARDS SCHEME International shoppers can claim back tax on items purchased when abroad. Global Blue facilitates the tax repayment procedure for travelers. I was tasked with producing the brand for a membership card loyalty scheme offering benefits for regular Global Blue customers. The base membership is the ‘Classic Card’ and for more VIP customers there is the ‘Diamond Card’ membership scheme which offers luxury benefits for high spending international shoppers.

HARPER COLLINS 2019 REFERENCE CATALOGUE Harper Collins is one of the UK’s leading publishers. But their catalogue wasn’t space-efficient. It didn’t allow for highlighting new or key titles. And it didn’t reflect the amazing creativity of the books within it. The Reference team asked me to develop something new. The new catalogue needed a user experience approach. I explored a lot of whys and hows to understand how the team use it, then got to work. I redesigned and regulated the reference system and created an extended bookmark which can be inserted anywhere to highlight specific titles. My approach saves space and brings the books to life. Now Harper Collins have a creative reference catalogue that does justice to the amazing titles in their collection.

EXCEL TRADESHOW CAMPAIGN This Excel campaign is designed to be used by Excel staff to advertise Excel at a number of trade shows across the globe. The aim was to communicate that Excel is run by a team that truly cares for its clients and the events they host. The campaign included a Direct mailer, Z-Card, HTML’s, social media and a Event Survival Kit filled with individually and personally branded giveaways picked by each Excel staff member to give away to potential clients at the shows.

CLIENT PLAN Client Plan is an Web Application that is still currently being developed. Client Plan is a sales management suite for small business and freelancers to manage their clients with ease. Its function is to streamline how business’s can keep track and organise payment plans for long and short term projects by way of automated multi stage invoicing functions. For this project I was fully responsible for the conceptionalisation and development of the Client Plan brand identity and App UI.

INNOVATE Innovate is a UK based company that supplies schools across the UK with catering services, its main objective being t​ ransformation of school meals and to provide fresh and healthy food to children nationwide. ​ s a result of changing times and pace A of business, I​ nnovate was in need of ​ a fresh brand ​​ identity. I steered this project from inception to conclusion and maintenance. ​ y key responsibilities were managing M and implementing the entire rebranding process (ie research, strategy, brand identification and development, logo, overall creative system​and brand​guideline creation. ​ Furthermore, I was overseeing the account and managing client expectations on a daily basis. The aim was for the brand to take on a ‘handmade’ look and feel. A Hand lettered font w ​ as utilized for clever, fun, food​ie​headlines on all marketing to exude down-to-earth, honest​qualities.

MY PASTA BAR Celeb TV chef, Gino D’ Acampo teamed up with Innovate to bring his ‘Simply Fantastico’ range to schools around the UK. My agency, ABNF was commissioned to bring Gino D’ Acampo’s Italian cuisine to diners on the move via the creation of the ‘my pasta bar’ restaurant chain with Fleet Street, Leadenhall, Bishopsgate and Lakeside outlets. ​ ur team worked on brand and identity O development; establishing an authentic brand language across in-store and exterior signage and environmental design through to all consumerfacing marketing, food photography, packaging, web site and digital and social media communications. I serviced the brand on a daily basis, working with the ‘my pasta bar’ marketing team delivering all marketing collateral.

BOFFIN & FUNDI Established in 1996, Boffin & Fundi is a highly successful company that provides world-class Engineering, Consulting, Proprietary Technology and Revenue Management solutions to local government (municipalities) and the utilities sector. Perfectly named, Boffin & Fundi’s challenge lay in the disconnect between their capabilities and their brand image, positioning, brand language and communications. Our job was to re-brand the business and establish an identity, promise and complete channel and communications overhaul to showcase the stature, capabilities, accomplishments and key deliverables of the business.
