7 Things You Must Know To Be A

Free Thinker

E ALL HAVE a certain degree of admiration

for those forward-thinkers who were ahead of their time or for those freespirited individuals who had the courage, the will and the foresight to speak out their minds despite risking being labeled as nonconformists and cast to the outer fringes of society. Well, truth be told, that is never a real threat for free thinkers. Actually that is where they belong and makes them what they are. Free-thinkers breathe and thrive at the margins of society where structure and chaos cross at the borderline. If you want to be a free thinker, embrace chaos, novelty, disruptive change and non-conformity. Free-thinkers live on the brink of social breakdown. They live on the edge, away from the anesthesia of normalcy and institutionalized control. They are not held captive by the rigid walls of the dominating worldview. They do not fear change, poverty or conspiracy. If you want to free your thinking and become an agent of change and novelty, there are a few things you need to recognize and understand.

1. Creativity is your natural birthright

We stereotype creative thinkers as artists or bohemians who are different than the rest of us. Well that is plainly false. We are all endowed with the gift of creativity. Education, or rather schooling, has successfully stripped us from that natural disposition. It has molded us into mechanistic and reductionist images of humanity – into cogs in the wheel. The schooling system is designed to make people think within the same parameters – those laid down by the dominating view of society and culture. Students are discouraged to deviate and think freely outside of those parameters. They just have to follow a curriculum, which channels them to examinations, higher institutions, and eventually become part of the workforce. Yet creative thinking is your natural birthright. They only taught you how to unlearn it without you even noticing.

2. Group thinking & Herd Morality are your enemies

Group thinking is the silent enemy of free-thinking. We unconsciously follow the rhythm of the crowd. When the crowd shouts, we feel compelled to shout. When the crowd panics, we panic. Emotions, sentiments and ideas can be very contagious. So is thinking. It’s quite easy to follow the line of thought of your peers and those in authority. Yet as we become sedated with group thinking, we lose

Page 2

the power to claim the authenticity of our own mind. Besides thinking, we judge people and events as being right or wrong following the morality of the herd. We succumb to morally feel what the rest of the herd feels about an issue. Morality is a highly debatable philosophical idea but the short end of it is that herd morality limits our potential to be freeminded, responsible individuals.

3. Perspective is key

The free-thinker knows the power of perspective. Perspective changes everything. What we feel or think about something can dissolve or flip the other way round just by changing perspective. Even the strongest of views and beliefs can change when a newer perspective is reached. What seems like loss can be seen as opportunity just by changing your perspective. Adversity can turn into a learning opportunity; problems can turn into a solution; what is failure from one perspective can be seen as a launching pad for success from another. When you think freely you know that there is always more than one perspective on a given situation. You just need to view things from another angle. I like to use the internal courtyard analogy. We are all windows in a circular building overlooking an internal courtyard. The perspective from my window is different than the others. Hence, if I want to have a better picture of the courtyard of life I need to look at it from other windows.

4. Knowledge is provisional

Conservative, authoritarian, religious or institutional structures resist change forcefully because their worldview rests on the premise that their knowledge or beliefs are absolute. Even Science can and did fall in this trap at times. Yet the free-thinker is sure of only one thing – that knowledge is provisional. What we think we know today will be debunked or dramatically changed by what we know tomorrow. Free-thinkers run away from individuals or organizations who claim to know something, or worse, know everything. They are fully aware that we haven’t got the faintest clue yet, despite big leaps forward, about the world, life and the Universe at large.

5. Popping the time bubble: Free-thinkers, especially visionaries and forward-thinkers have burst the time bubble. That means that they recognized that we view the world through the narrative of our time. That narrative changes over decades and centuries yet we are closed in a time bubble so to speak that limits us to see the world only within the

T’S FUNNY, BUT when asked about things learnt that have served to be the greatest contribution to their lives most people will not mention anything from school days. Have you noticed this? I can say that the things I have learnt which have served as a platform for personal growth did not come from the classroom. Basically, the education system with its tunnel-minded curriculum frequently taught by blinkered, know-itall academics, having fallen for the “I’m an expert” trap is designed to programme young people to fit into boxes; Work for corporations (and suchlike) when they graduate. In a way, that means, you’re going to have to make up for an absence of really learning about life! Here are 7 things they never told me at school (but could have).

1. The Importance of Communication

We were never told about the importance of communication or trained in this area. Essentially, effective communication brings together so many different things and therefore serves as a great life-handling tool for personal achievement: Communication for forming great relationships, teamwork, solving problems, and successful project completions... are all routed in effective communication.

2. Everything is the expression of consciousness

Consistent with the “Laws of Attraction,” life shows up as a consequence of where you are consciously at: Your thoughts, feelings and emotions, attitude...

Things They Never Told Me at School But Could Have all contribute to how life ‘shows up’ for you. So, if you don’t like the life you’re living then change these things. For example, if you find yourself in victimhood circumstances (the symptoms of victim consciousness) then look at where you are consciously at and change these things.

3. Natural health

Like other schools we had our share of economics teachers, but no one ever told me that the best investment in life you could ever make is in your health. Because of corporate interests, the education curriculum generally focuses only on pharmaceutical approaches when it comes to health. Alternative practitioners and great pioneers with their potentially lifesaving approaches based on natural health have been ignored, suppressed or even unjustly ridiculed. There are 4 things that support good health. They are: Good nutrition, regular exercise, a positive outlook in life and maintaining a clean, stress-free environment where possible, but sadly, these things are not given enough attention. Sadly, when many people are told that they have an incurable disease, in their ignorance they fail to make the retrospective connection: How over the years they have lacked the above 4 things and now have to pay the price as a consequence …

4. Applying philosophy

The above box represents all the things a person says in one day (or any given time period). The darkened area is the tiny proportion that represents the things a person says that really means something. Do you see yourself in this model? In school we never talked that much about the things that really matter in life. No curriculum was ever set up to have conversations or discussions with our teachers on how to handle life effectively: Dealing with life’s recurring problems such as how to make relationships work, or address important subjects from a higher perspective... i.e. the things that have significance to all of us. Sadly, most people grow up, possibly out of school habit, seldom talk about life and spend much of their time talking meaningless nah, nah, nah nothings... and look at the result: A world full of people going nowhere in their lives, just like the soap opera characters on TV… Philosophy doesn’t have to be just mere armchair discussion. It can be used creatively to practically apply ideas in life, hence the empowering phrase ‘applying philosophy.’

5. Being yourself

You don’t have to just be some corporate cog-in-wheel care of the education system’s grooming. I have learned that being yourself is your biggest

strength. More than ever, particularly on the humanitarian front, the world needs people able to think for themselves: Innovation and adaptability are keys for world transformation. Realize that there are other ways, different to an education system that stifles self-expression, creativity and imagination and then churns out welleducated robotic clones unable to really think for themselves. As Albert Einstein once said “Real thinking is to think the unthinkable...” History has shown how the tiny few outside-of-the-box individuals think for themselves and how they have contributed greatly to humanity... This is what George Carlin had to say about the education system and why it’s so bad: https://youtu.be/WGL8FEMc378

6. Having a deep and genuine love for yourself

How do you expect to have a deep and genuine love flowing out there with your family, friends, groups, communities, the environment or all things spiritual... and then have it return on you when you had not began that deep and genuine love right there with your own self? This is consistent with #2 above that life shows up as a consequence of where you are at

Stretch Your Comfort Zone, Stretch Your Life “Sound when stretched is music. Movement when stretched is dance. Mind when stretched is meditation. Life when stretched is celebration.” ~ Ravi Shankar

we discover that love is the flower of vulnerability. We come to see how an armored and invulnerable heart only stifles love, as it seeks to contain or trap love in an overly protective and paranoid safety net. But contained love is not love at all. It’s obsession. It’s possession. Vulnerability teaches us that love is only love when it is free. Like Osho said, “Love is not about possession. Love is about appreciation.” An invulnerable heart seeks possession, a vulnerable heart seeks appreciation. Even in the face of loss, and maybe even especially in the face of loss, appreciation is what makes love burn beyond finitude, beyond our own mortality. Because the vulnerable heart, previously stretched by humor, already understands the nature of mortality and impermanence. So give us vulnerability. Give us unpredictability. Give us loss. And with it we will create joy. We will create connection. We will create appreciation. We will create love!

HE CONCEPT OF stretching comfort zones is fast becoming a cultural cliché. And it’s typically just something people say to placate themselves from actually doing any real stretching. But it’s still vitally important that we do so. Stretching comfort zones isn’t supposed to be comfortable. It’s supposed to be challenging. There is pain involved, but it’s more like eustress, a beneficial stress. If you’re not being challenged, then you’re probably not stretching yourself enough. If you’re nice and cozy in the kingdom of your ideals, surrounded by the moat of your precious worldview, then chances are your comfort zone is more akin to a boundary than a horizon. Time to do some stretching. Perhaps some traveling is in order. Or maybe find a giant’s shoulder to stand on. Standing on the shoulders of giants is a kind of coup de maître, a masterstroke of genius. Now open up your mind. Humor when stretched is vulnerability. Vulnerability when stretched is love. Love when stretched is courage. Courage when stretched is adventure. And adventure, as philosopher George Santayana put it, “sharpens the edge of life.” Let’s break it down…

Humor when stretched is vulnerability

“Truth is known at precisely that point in time when nobody gives a shit.” ~ Charles Simic It all starts with a good sense of humor, a healthy disposition, an open-minded character, a glass-ishalf-full temperament in a turbulent world. Having a good sense of humor doesn’t mean the ability to make jokes, necessarily. It means the ability to take a joke, to roll with the punches. It means the ability to laugh at the cosmic joke instead of being the buttend of it. “Imagination was given to man to compensate him for what he is not;”

wrote Sir Francis Bacon, “a sense of humor to console him for what he is.” What we are is a fallible, imperfect, fumbling, stumbling, naked ape that imagines it’s an infallible, perfect, humbled, enlightened god. And so both imagination and humor need to be stretched in order to attain true vulnerability. If, as Katheryn Schultz says, “Fallibility is something like mortality, another trait that is implicit in the word “human”,” then true, existential vulnerability is only achieved when we are able to embrace our own mortality. It’s accepting that we are a fallible species that’s prone to mistakes. It’s being okay with being imperfect. It’s when we can genuinely let go of any preconceived notions or culturally programmed ideas of perfection, that we really feel what it’s like to be vulnerable. Such vulnerability is the source of everything we are hungry for, the catalyst for the love and the courage still to come.”

Vulnerability when stretched is love

“There can be no transformation in the world outside unless there is

Love when stretched is courage

transformation from within. It is our responsibility to bring about a radical transformation within ourselves.” ~ Krishnamurti Vulnerability is the staging ground for growth, the soft fertile garden where all potential flourishing takes root, the starting line for the path toward enlightenment. When we are able to shed our rigid armor and allow our unsheathed essence to bloom,

“Being deeply loved gives you strength; while loving deeply gives you courage.” ~ Lao Tzu Loving deeply gives us courage precisely because we long to be free. Having stretched humor into vulnerability and vulnerability into love, we see how freedom is paramount in order for life to be an enjoyable experience. The courage that rises inside us is a willingness to risk ourselves for the sake of freedom, so that love can be lived through, cultivated and allowed to flourish into joy. Like Dawna Markova said, “I choose to risk my significance; to live so that which came to me as seed, goes to the next as blossom, and that which came to me as blossom, goes on as fruit.” In order to reap such fruit, we must be willing to sow some courage. In order for love to remain free it must daily be fought for, and usually in the face of oppressive tyranny. Like Brené Brown said, “Love is not something

T’S CALLED MAGNETORECEPTION, and it refers to the ability to perceive magnetic fields. Several animals use it to find their way over long distances by aligning themselves with the Earth’s magnetic field. Sea turtles, honeybees, spiny lobsters, dolphins, migratory birds, and more all have a magnetic compass which allows them to use the information that’s coded into magnetic fields. We know little beyond that, however. How they use them, how they sense them, and what information they are getting from them remains up for speculation. For all we know, these magnetic fields could be used for much more than navigation for certain species. According to Joe Kirschvink, the geophysicist at the California Institute of Technology who is currently testing humans for a magnetic sense, “it’s part of our evolutionary history. Magnetoreception may be the primal sense.” A recent study published by Kirschvink in the journal Nature Communications suggests that a protein in the human retina, when placed into fruit flies, has the ability to detect magnetic fields. The research claims that it can serve as a magneto sensor, but whether or not humans actually use it in this way is unknown. “It poses the question, ‘maybe we should rethink about this sixth sense,’” University of Massachusetts Medical School researcher Steven Reppert told LiveScience. “It is thought to be very important for how animals migrate. Perhaps this protein is also fulfilling an important function for sensing magnetic fields in humans.” In one of Kirschvink’s recent experiment, a rotating magnetic field was passed through study participants while their brainwaves were measured. He discovered that when the magnetic field was rotated counterclockwise, certain neutrons responded to this change that,

Humans Have A ‘Magnetic 6th Sense’ To Detect Something We Can’t Even See in turn, generated a spike in electrical activity. This suggests a possible magnetic sense in humans. Yet multiple questions still remain. For example, was this neural activity evidence of a magnetic sense or something else? Even if the human brain responds to these fields in some way that doesn’t mean that information is being processed by the brain. There is still the question of what mechanisms are in place within the brain or body that receive these signals. If the body does indeed have magneto receptors, where are they? The next step for researchers is to identify them. Kirschvink’s study is one of many publications delving into the mysteries of magnetic fields and what impact they have on human beings. The leaders in this area of research will most likely be found at the HeartMath institute. An internationally recognized nonprofit research and education organization dedicated to helping people reduce stress, self-regulate emotions, and build energy and resilience for healthy, happy lives, HeartMath tools, technology, and training teach people to rely on the intelligence of their hearts in concert with that of their minds at home, school, work, and play. Researchers at HeartMath have begun

what’s called The Global Coherence Initiative (GCI), an international cooperative effort to help activate the heart of humanity and facilitate a shift in global consciousness. It aims primarily to invite people to participate by actively adding more heart-coherent love, care, and compassion into the planetary field. The second focus is scientific research into how we are all energetically connected with each other and the planet, and how we can utilize this interconnectivity to raise our personal vibration and thereby help create a better world. The hypotheses of the researchers and scientists behind this project are as follows: n The Earth’s magnetic field is a carrier of biologically relevant information that connects all living systems. n Every person affects this global information field. n Collective human consciousness affects the global information field. n Therefore, large numbers of people creating heart-centered states of care, love and compassion will generate a more coherent field environment that can benefit others and help offset the current planetary discord and incoherence. n There is a feedback loop between

human beings and Earth’s energetic/magnetic systems n The Earth has several sources of magnetic fields that affect us all. Two of them are the geomagnetic field that emanates from the core of the Earth and the fields that exist between Earth and the ionosphere. These fields surround the entire planet and act as protective shields blocking out the harmful effects of solar radiation, cosmic rays, and other forms of space weather. Without these fields, ice as we know it could not exist on Earth. They are part of the dynamic ecosystem of our planet.

Other Evidence That Humans Can Sense These Fields

These energetic fields are known to scientists, and the notion that solar activity and the rhythms taking place on Earth’s magnetic fields have an impact on health and behaviour has been firmly established in scientific literature. Scientific literature is also clear on the fact that several physiological rhythms and global collective behaviours are not only synchronized with solar and geomagnetic activity, but also that disruptions in these fields can create adverse effects on human health and behaviour When the Earth’s magnetic field environment is distributed it can cause sleep problems, mental confusion, usual lack of energy or a feeling of being on edge or

“It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.” — J. Krishnamurti

OCIETY IS DIRECTED by a never-ending mainstream narrative, which is always evolving, and always reaching new dramatic peaks in sensationalism and hype. They fill your mind with topics they select, they keep your attention on these topics, and they invite and encourage you to argue amongst each other about these topics. In this way our collective attention is permanently commandeered, preventing us from diving too deeply into matters that have more than a superficial impact on day-today life. Free-thinking is the ability and willingness to explore of ideas and areas of the mind which are yet undiscovered or are off-limits. It is a vanishing art that is deliberately being stamped out by a control system that demands conformity, acquiescence and obedience of body, mind, and spirit. For your consideration, here are three questions you’re not supposed to ask about life in our profoundly sick society.

1. Who owns the money supply, and the world’s debt? Pretty much the entire world is in financial debt, an insidious form of slavery that enables the exploitation of human beings and of all things in nature. It’s maddening when you think about it. The United States alone supposedly owes some $20 trillion, while the world at large owes a shocking $215 trillion? But to whom, precisely?

Page 7

3

Questions

You’re Not Supposed to Ask About Life in A Sick Society

Money is just a medium of exchange that facilitates transactions between people. In and of itself it has no intrinsic value as we could just as easily use sea shells instead of dollar bills and still be able to get things done. But today’s money is the property of private third parties who rent it out to national governments, who then use the labor of their citizens as collateral against these loans. This is a highly refined form of slavery, which has already put future unborn generations of human beings in debt. But who, exactly does the human race owe? Who are our debt-slave masters?

2. Who owns your body?

Ownership means having the explicit right to use, control and dispose of something in the manner of your choosing. The one thing you are born with that you take with you to your death is your own body, but do you own it? If not you, then who does own your body? If this question were already settled in our society then there wouldn’t be ever-increasing pressure on those who choose to refuse vaccines. Children battling cancer and other serious illnesses wouldn’t be forced to take chemo and radiation under penalty of law and under

threat of being taken from their parents. Water wouldn’t be fluoridated without our consent. Natural medicines wouldn’t be outlawed under threat of fines and prison time. We are rapidly approaching a time when people will be required by law to take psychotropic medications as citizens were in Aldous Huxley’s dystopian classic, Brave New World. Do you own your body, or does it belong to the state?

3. Why is the exploration of consciousness restricted and illegal?

The most effective prisons are not material, but are constructed inside the mind. Perception, opinion and understanding are all dynamic concepts, not at all static. These can all change in the blink of an eye just because a new idea or experience resonates with you in a special way. Our evolution depends on our ability to expand the frontiers of what’s possible, and when the mind is held in confinement by an entrenched system and powerful cultural paradigm, progress, even happiness, is stunted. In this societal trap you are given free rein to debase your consciousness and your spirit with alcohol, dangerous drugs, pharmaceuticals, television, pornography,

theatrical violence, and then some, yet many natural medicines that elevate consciousness and provide a window into the soul are illegal. “This is the way freedom is hijacked—not all at once, out in the open, but stealthily, little by little, behind closed doors, and with our own agreement. How will we be able to resist when so many of us have already willingly handed over the keys to our own consciousness to the state and accepted without protest that it is OK to be told what we may and may not do, what we may and may not explore, even what we may and may not experience, with this most precious, sapient, unique, and individual part of ourselves? If we are willing to accept that then we can be persuaded to accept anything.” ~Graham Hancock

illary’s emails truly are the gifts that keep on giving. While France led the proponents of the UN Security Council Resolution that would create a no-fly zone in Libya, it claimed that its primary concern was the protection of Libyan civilians (considering the current state of affairs alone, one must rethink the authenticity of this concern). An analysis of 2016 data found that the poorest five deciles of the world population own about $410 billion in total wealth . As of June 8, 2017, the world’s richest five men owned over $400 billion in wealth. Thus, on average, each man owns nearly as much as 750 million people. Most of the super-super-rich are Americans. But what if it was more than just a movie plot? According to the Central Intelligence Agency’s own website, Air America is in fact described as “an airline secretly owned by the CIA,” which was used as “a vital component in the Agency’s operations” in the small Southeast Asian Kingdom of Laos, from 1955 to 1974.. http://bit.ly/2tc21xp

It is an economic boon to medical practitioners who advocate its routine use. EMP SCIENCE is now advancing in leaps and bounds compared to the stagnation of the previous few decades. One significant area of research that is currently receiving particular attention is phytoremediation, or decontamination of soil—although the discovery that hemp leaches contaminants from soil has been known for some time.

The Chernobyl phytoremediation project

For over a decade, industrial hemp growing in the environs of the abandoned Chernobyl nuclear power plant in Pripyat, Ukraine has been helping to reduce soil toxicity. Now, the Japanese are considering following the same course in order to rectify the environmental damage caused by the Fukushima meltdown—however, due to the Cannabis Control Law forced into Japanese law by the occupying U.S. powers in 1948, hemp may only be grown under license—which are highly restricted and difficult to obtain. In 1989, just three years after the initial explosion, the Soviet administration of the time requested that the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) assess the environmental situation. In the 30km exclusion zone surrounding Chernobyl, high concentrations of various toxic metals including iodine, cesium-137, strontium-90 and plutonium were found in the soil, as well as in plants and animals themselves.

Which Plants are Useful in Phytoremediation?

In response, it was decided that a concerted effort to reduce soil contamination through the use of beneficial plants would

Cannabis Can Decontaminate the Planet Hemp & the Decontamination of Radioactive Soil research scientist with Phytotech, one of the organizations behind the hemp plantings, stated that “hemp is proving to be one of the best phytoremediative plants we have been able to find”. As well as in the Ukraine, much rural land in neighbouring Belarus was affected by the explosion, and authorities there are also pursuing the use of hemp as a decontaminant. Hemp has been found to absorb heavy metals from soil at The harvest produced will be turned into ethanol, a very high rate. as increased production of biofuel is a key target be undertaken. Sunflower plantings began in 1996 subsequent to the development of a variety that promised hitherto unheard-of efficiency of decontamination; hemp plantings soon followed, in 1998. Differences in Metal Uptake From Soil

In 2012, a Romanian study investigated the nutritional safety of hemp seed produced from plants grown in soils rich in calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron. The study determined that five distinct Romanian hemp strains developed different nutritional profiles according to uptake of the various metals in the soil. For example, the Zenit strain exhibited

highest rates of calcium uptake, while the Armanca absorbed least calcium; the Diana, Denise and Silvana strains absorbed magnesium at the highest rates, and the Zenit variety showed the highest concentrations of iron. Despite the differences, the seeds and oil of all five strains exhibited high levels of magnesium, calcium, iron, manganese, zinc and potassium, all highly beneficial dietary metals. However, all varieties also tested above the safe legal limit for cadmium, a toxic heavy metal that may cause various health complications—despite the soil being within the safe limit for cadmium concentration. The Armanca and Silvana strains showed particularly high cadmium levels.

Hemp & Cadmium Absorption

Excessive consumption of foodstuffs high in cadmium can lead to joint and bone deformities, respiratory illness, anemia, and kidney failure. In areas where cadmium is present in the soil, in order to be safe for human or animal consumption, hemp varieties should be selected on the basis of poor cadmium uptake. According to a study into Chinese hemp strains conducted in 2011, many hemp strains have the ability to absorb and accumulate even large quantities of cadmium in soil without detriment to the plant itself. While this does throw up various implications for selection of sites for cultivation of food-safe hemp, it also indicates that cadmium-contaminated sites will particularly benefit from phytoremediation schemes that make primary or exclusive use of hemp. Furthermore, even if hemp used to decontaminate soil is unsafe for consumption, it can still be used in a number of industrial applications, such as for biofuel.

ANADA WILL LEGALIZE cannabis for adult use by the summer of 2018. It is likely that every household in Canada will also be able to cultivate four plants if not more. Medical cannabis patients have been given licences to grow their own for many years but the homegrows under the new adult use system will not require a licence. This is great news for all Canadians and potentially also for the environment if we encourage and By Kelly Coulter practice sustainable cultivation. I have always said we should be consuming cannabis the same way we should be consuming our food and that the most ethical way to do this is by being selfsufficient which means growing your own, at home, outside, seasonally. We impact our environment the least by having our needs closest to us. But there are barriers to this in that most folks don’t have either the skill, time, or space. So, just as we have relied on farmers to provide our food so will be the case with cannabis for many. California and British Columbia share a rich history of cannabis cultivation. California will also begin legal cannabis cultivation and distribution for adults in January of 2018. The farmers of Northern California who are deeply entrenched in cultivating medical cannabis are fighting now to preserve their way of life as bigger, indoor, publicly traded cultivations begin expanding in the urban markets. There is no outdoor cultivation allowed in Los Angeles which is the largest market for the farmers of Northern California. If the consumers continue to support sungrown cannabis those farmers and their communities will continue to thrive. This is likely to play out the same way in British Columbia, which has historically served the rest of Canada. If the future legal cannabis farmers of BC are to succeed they need to begin now by differentiating themselves. Organic and ethically grown cannabis will be in great demand as indicated by the food and beverage industry which has seen considerable growth in recent years. More and more people are choosing what they put into their bodies with greater thought about the impact it makes on the air, water and soil. Ultimately all of our food comes from a type of farm, and the type of cannabis we consume will support the type of farming we

Page 11

encourage. If you are a COSTCO shopper you might be most comfortable going to the BIG BOX cannabis store because that is your consumer ethics. Chances are the cannabis you will be buying will be cultivated the same way the food at COSTCO is produced. Industrial monocultures are the reality of the food industry. If unfamiliar with this type of farming there are numerous documentaries including Food Inc. that will help to educate how consumer choices impact communities and the environment not to mention the treatment of animals. I assure you that once you watch such a film you will think twice about your choices. Secondary to watching a film I strongly recommend reading The Third Plate, which is a fantastic book by world-renowned chef and author Dan Brett. In the book he talks about his own journey as a chef in sourcing the best foods possible and how we have not gone far enough in our local movement and that ultimately our food should be sourced with permaculture in mind. This is also the ultimate way we can improve and serve as stewards to the land in our cannabis conscious mind. Dan writes about his own experiences and ultimate epiphany regarding the food chain and farming and its’ and our relationship to the planet and how when we can choose our food grown in the MOST sustainable way. “Permaculture is a philosophy of working with, rather than against nature; of protracted and thoughtful observation rather than protracted and thoughtless labor; and of looking at plants and animals in all their functions, rather than treating any area as a single product system.” Dan Brett Interestingly, if you have ever smoked cannabis grown in an orange grove in Jamaica or hidden amongst the pines of Northern Ontario you will appreciate the infusion of the other plants in your cannabis experience. It is something worthy of aspiration. As consumers push the local and organic food movements industry responds. Walmart began carrying organic foods due to demand, not because a hippie became their CEO. The environment is not the first thing one thinks about when we talk about cannabis. It should be. Cannabis cultivation in the near future will impact our environment immeasurably. The carbon imprint of indoor cultivation is staggering. Evan Mills has written extensively on this subject, and, although

What is an Awakened M

T

By Jurgen Ziewe

HE TERM AWAKENING has been widely used lately to describe the phenomenon of a spontaneous change of consciousness. Awakening can be described as a realization that there is a higher dimension of reality which is rooted in a universal consciousness of unity. Such a realization is inevitably accompanied with a heightened positive emotional state, invoking feelings of joy, connectedness, outpouring of love and frequently intense ecstasy. It often has a lasting effect on the life of the experiencer, but it can also take a lifetime to integrate such an experience into our everyday lives. There can be a number of triggers for STEs (Spiritual Transformative Experience) or for such sudden change in consciousness to occur, such as a near-death experiences, drugs, shock, trauma, intense appreciation of beauty, involuntary or intentional raising of the Kundalini energy or simply a sustained practice of regular meditation. A spiritual awakening often has a lasting and transforming effect on one’s life. The problem we are faced with in our western culture is that such an experience appears to conflict dramatically with our materialistic life style and many people can feel left out of place and disconnected in a world which is founded largely on materialistic values. As an experience predominantly featuring universal unity and love, STEs frequently turn our values upside down, values which are experienced as being at the heart of a cosmic order and appear to be set in stark contrast to a society which is geared towards

L

ego gratification and largely focused on materialistic achievements. Unless our waking experience is integrated into our lives it will not serve us. We should consider such an experience as a starting point for transformation, not as an end in itself. This involves attuning ourselves to the higher state of consciousness and integrating it into our everyday lives. In most cases this transformation is gradual, but when the integration is achieved a complete transformation of our existence here on Earth takes place, affecting every aspect of our psychological and individual makeup. People who have accomplished such integration are often referred to as “enlightened”. An enlightened or illuminated mindset is nothing contrived and it should be regarded as our natural human state not anything that is the preserve of a spiritual elite. All it means is that we are rooted in reality, liberated from the illusions of our lower mind and ego identifications and that our awareness stretches far beyond the physical consensus reality. Ideally this is a mindset that should form the bases of our human condition not the exception. After all, society’s most cherished values spring from this, such as liberty, tolerance, compassion, unconditional love, truth, honesty, authenticity, empathy, integrity, respect and so on. Once this, our natural condition, has been restored we can clearly see how anything else may appear like an aberration, a mental or emotional abnormality, which is the cause of untold suffering and conflict. Our new state of consciousness will provide us with unlimited freedom, the expansion

Embodying Love as a Way of Life

OVE IS OUR NATURAL STATE OF BEING. It is fearless and free. Love is all-accepting, knows no bounds, and transcends all limitations. This state of being is empowering. Becoming an embodiment of love, and casting aside, fear, judgment, and anger may take a bout of courage, or require each of us to step outside of our comfort zone a bit. However, when we release the burdens of fear, hatred, judgment, and anger — when we break the shackles of social conditioning, and return to our initial loving way of life, this is when we truly taste freedom. This freedom quenches the thirst of soul and nourishes the spirit. It is when we embody love that we truly blossom Love is a unifying force. It allows us to see a part of our essence in everyone and everything we encounter. We see the worthiness in our own being, and see this worthiness reflected in others. Though we may have differences, our core is the same. We begin to find beauty in places we once overlooked; in the simple as well as the complex. “Love is the bridge between you and everything.” -Jalaluddin Rumi As an embodiment of love, we rise above negativity. Though negative emotions and experiences may make their way onto our path… we accept them, learn from them, triumph over them and let them pass. We begin to mold our own beautiful truth. A life that is by our design, through our intention and your essence of love. Love is the life force, the creative force, it is both our muse and our expression — for it is all encompassing. We begin to re-examine all the ways in which we have been conditioned through a more heart-centered, compassionate, and empathetic perspective. We embrace others with acceptance, and we embrace our soul’s true essence. “Dismiss whatever insults your own soul, and your very flesh shall become a great poem…” – Walt Whitman Remember, you are the greatest form of expression in your life… you are your own masterpiece lived hrough a legacy of love you share with others. In closing, I hope that you live joyous and free. That you choose love in every moment, not simply as a way to feel, but as a way to be. A vantage point to view the entirety of life. “Immerse you soul in love …” Radiohead Ever-loving, Amanda Goins

Page 12

of our full human potential and a much more fulfilling life in every respect. Even prison walls will not dent the inner liberation we feel. It will return us to our authentic selves and open up new horizons in a way we simply could never have dreamt of before. This change in the quality of our lives is revolutionary. It is like stepping out of a paddleboat into a yacht and navigating the seas using the wind rather then depleting our strength by rowing.

The Awakened Life There is a great difference between awakening and leading an awakened life. People who had an awakening experience or STE often feel like exiles after having experienced that their true home lies elsewhere. But once our awakened lives have become the status quo we are no longer interested in leaving this world in favour of some spiritual heaven, because this world will have become our true home, perhaps for the first time. Our focus of attention is shifted away from our previous identification into present, now reality, which is seen as a well-spring for everything we need. We may even lose interest in a spiritual life or spiritual pursuits, simply because “spirit” or consciousness reveals itself to be in everything we place our attention on. Nothing is exempt. Wherever our attention is directed to we will be aware of, at a core level of reality which is persistent stillness and in a constant state of renewal, a living, benevolent Presence with us every hour of the day. This Presence, some call it the Silent Watcher, others “God” or simply Stillness, will reveal to us the inner workings of the circumstances surrounding us. Best of all we begin to think and act like the “Silent Watcher”, and whenever we realize that we are not separated from this “Presence”, we are welcomed with ecstasy and joy and this may happen on a daily basis. Every morning we open our eyes we will feel like sending out our gratitude for the privilege that we are allowed to be alive on this earth. We will experience a constant, underlying stillness that accompanies us wherever we go, and where nothing else has any power over us or our lives. Such a statement may sound preposterous when we find ourselves in the middle of a battlefield or when tragedy is unfolding around us. And what about a life in constant physical pain and illness one may ask? The nineteenth century sage, Ramakrishna, who died of cancer in constant pain, said simply this: “Oh my mind, remain in bliss; let the body and its pain look after each other.” Our awakened consciousness may still experience the pain, but without the suffering. We no longer seek to escape from reality, but instead we begin to appreciate its deeper meaning. Instead of trying to escape from reality in futile distractions we welcome it with an open heart in eager anticipation of what reality will offer and teach us next.

Vistas of Infinity, by Jurgen Ziewe

Detachment from Erroneous Beliefs and Wishful Thinking Most STEers will have experienced that our egos and our memories no longer form the basis of our identity. Many will have realized how insane their lives may have been before and have now arrived at a much greater understanding of who they truly are. When awakening has become the status quo for our everyday lives our minds no longer feel inclined to rely on mental constructs or different fashions of belief, the old and the new religions such as “Cosmic Ordering”, “Manifesting”, “Positive Thinking”, “Ascension”, “2012”. “Ascension” is a completed fact. Adhering to theories or beliefs only shows our neediness, our craving for salvation, merely serving to bolster thin hopes that the world will be OK one day in the future instead of now in the present moment. An awakened mind will already perceive itself as saved, our world is already OK, so what would be the need for a theology, a theory or a dogma of how to get there? For awakened individuals these are no more than red herrings and a distraction of our attention from the awareness of the greater reality that we are experiencing right now. Although people may derive inspiration, moral codes and even wisdom from their religious texts, it is a second hand experience. When we are awakened we experience inspiration and wisdom first hand and our moral code is intuitive and pure because we can do nothing else other than behave with integrity.

Mind?

And this is only one aspect. The rewards of living directly at the source, in the presence of stillness means that our days will be highlighted by peak experiences, intense moments of joy, which often come uninvited and without the need for prayer. There is nothing to pray to because we are already united in intimate union with the previous focus of our prayers. We are blessed simply because we no longer seek and as a consequence we continuously find. We begin to notice that only a thin layer covers an underlying current of ecstasy and it doesn’t take much to bring it to the surface. It can be triggered by as little as the sun drawing shadows on a wall or the sight of a father cradling his child. And the reason we have these experiences is that we know beyond doubt, every moment of the day, that what we see is the real thing, the actual truth, the reality beneath the surface and any prayer, belief and faith, no matter how sincere and how deep, are no substitute. We will have become aware that we have instant access to the “Original”, to “God”, to our silent companion and the consciousness which makes up the ground we walk on and the air we breath. Instead of faith we have irrefutable evidence, which is our constant source of joy. The simplicity of the present moment, the reality of the Now offers far greater benefits and satisfactory answers than our old complex mental constructs which had to be topped up and reinforced with faith, belief and indoctrination to stay alive within our minds. Awareness of the present makes no such demands and only requires us to open our eyes.

The Loss of Ego IdentifIcation The acceptance of an ego identity is rooted in the universal fact that every person, every animal, every insect, grain of sand and every atom are simultaneously the centre of the universe from which everything radiates out into an infinite pattern. Everything takes its position and identity from this natural fact. As humans, endowed with greater self-awareness, we develop and nurture our sense of self from what we focus on and identify with in the world surrounding us. We learn to accept that our identifications and fixations provide us with our sense of self. Our sense of uniqueness is derived from the fact that we are indeed a centre, one in a billion, but our ego identification takes ownership of this fact and as a natural consequence the ego considers itself to be the most important thing in the world, around which everything revolves. Even if rational thinking tells us otherwise our emotions will defend this position to the very end, even death. When awakening occurs this perception is no longer operative because our sense of self has taken a new universal position and a natural understanding that we are the sum total of every energy centre in the universe. With it we are

Page 13

opening a vast reservoir of potential and wisdom. Another prevailing feeling is that we have lost our sense of personal history. We are no longer concerned by what we represent, our achievements, positions and our roles are no longer what provides the sense of “self’. Instead we become more focused on how we can serve the greater consciousness which surrounds us every waking moment and that we find wherever we look. We begin to lead a life of appreciation, of unconditional love, always surrendered to the experience of a continuous now, and, no matter what our role in society may be we will execute it from a position of service, good will and mindful awareness. This, however, is not the end. We are embarking on a path of continuous beginnings and very soon we may discover to our utter surprise that there are further stages of awakening. Until they happen we could not have imagined or anticipated them because they are ushered in by an expanding state of consciousness that opens up higher senses of awareness and puts our lives on a completely new footing. The same way we could not have imagined what awakening entails before we actually experienced it, in the same way the higher stages of awakening will take us by surprise and into completely new territories. Whereas before we may have realized our core authentic self with a sense of having finally arrived home from a long exile, surrendered to a constant stillness and underlying joy, we now begin to experience that our path has only just begun in earnest. New layers of a far deeper love are rising from a previously unrealized source. We are shown, that no matter what is happening in our lives, that the bedrock of reality is bliss, which can no longer be obscured by the events happening around us. We are realizing that the path before us is opening to new glories and greater heights as we are introduced into the inner sanctuaries of a much higher consciousness. Awakening is a dynamic expanding road through home territory. Instead of processing our lives through an internal interpreter stooped in bias and confusion, we now think and act via the light of clarity directly shone on us by unity consciousness, which is activating our hearts as our main perceptual organ and channel for communication. We think, see, speak and listen through the heart, always aware of a greater underlying context that keeps us continuously linked to a prevailing unity awareness. Gone are the alienations because wherever we are or turn our attention to, we are on home ground, simply because consciousness shines through everything we encounter, showing reality in it’s pure state. Even now, as we evolve further along our path, we wonder how the infinity of consciousness may pan out and what other realizations may lay ahead.

Key Characteristic of an Awakened Consciousness n Attention is focused on the present moment. n Enhanced sense of reality and increased discriminatory powers. n Appreciating reality as it is and perceiving its underlying mechanics, allowing for more effective action of dealing with issues arising n Persistent feeling of being “Home”, regardless of where we are. n Enhanced aesthetic appreciation n Spontaneous peak experiences in everyday life n Enhanced empathy with fellow men and creatures n Nonjudgmental attitude. n Increased creativity and joy in engagements which benefit others. n Awareness of a benevolent presence, which may be referred to as “God”, “Higher Self”, “Guide”, “Guardian Angel” or simply

Biography Jurgen Ziewe has been following a strict regime of meditation since 1969. In 1973, after a six month stint of intensive meditation for up to five hours a day, he decided to abandon the practice completely, being disappointed with the lack of progress and some negative side effects. Then one day out of the blue, at breakfast, he spontaneously experienced a total dissociation from his body and entered a

state of what he described as one of absolute clarity. After this he continued his meditation practice, but now paying homage to the experience with more humility than before. He directly attributes the spontaneous out-ofbody experiences that followed for the next forty years, to this powerful experience of consciousness singularity. Jurgen has spent hundreds of hours, mostly in a super waking awareness in these out-of-body states, which frequently lasted several hours at a time. He soon mapped out what he considered to be the multidimensional reality man inhabits after physical death. On one of these non-physical excursions he was met by a Chinese Master who put him through an intensive training process in order for him to reach much higher states of consciousness. In 1980, on one of these OBE journeys, he was taken once more into a state of absolute clarity. This and other significant experiences were chronicled in his diaries and later published in his books, “Multidimensional Man” in 2008 and “Vistas of Infinity” in 2015, by which time he had experienced another singularity event on a solitary mountain retreat in 2013, which lead to a continuous state of awakening, later published in his book, “The Ten Minute Moment”. Earlier, in 2017, he experienced a further stage in the awakening process, which made him aware that consciousness keeps on unfolding once it is on the trajectory “home”, with every stage offering new levels of awareness, which cannot be anticipated until realized. Jurgen sees himself as a reporter not as a teacher. His down-to-earth narrative has attracted the attention from the science community and he has recently contributed a chapter to a science publication entitled, “Consciousness Beyond The Body” by Alexander de Foe, where he explores the nature of nonphysical consciousness, in collaboration with other experiencers.

The REAL SCIENCE behind carbon dioxide By Mike Adams

www.naturalnews.com

T

HE KEY ACCOMPLISHMENT of the climate change cult (so far) has been to convince gullible environmentalists that carbon dioxide is a “pollutant” that’s somehow bad for the planet, even when CO2 is the “greening” molecule for all plant life. Carbon dioxide is the essential molecule for all plant life, and without it, the entire web of life on our planet would instantly collapse. Yet misinformed environmentalists have been exhaustively convinced that carbon dioxide is somehow a “death” molecule for the planet, when exactly the opposite is true: The planet would die without it… and humans would have no vegetables, no fruits, no herbs and no cannabis at all if it wasn’t for carbon dioxide. Climate change fanatics repeatedly cite “science” as their domain from which they might demand absolute compliance and obedience to their delusions. “Science,” they say, is why they never have to provide any real evidence that would support the bizarre notion that carbon dioxide is somehow bad for the planet. No debate is allowed, either, because they claim a monopoly over “science” by asserting all debates are “already settled.” Therefore, no further discussion may be tolerated. knows that carbon dioxide is essential for all plant life across the planet. As the following science diagram shows, carbon dioxide is necessary for plants to breathe. Without it, they would suffocate in minutes: Plants use carbon dioxide to create CBD, THC, vitamin C and anti-cancer nutrients like curcumin Not only is carbon dioxide necessary for all plant respiration via photosynthesis, it’s also the key ingredient used by plants to synthesize

nearly every medicinal molecule that’s loved by herbalists, natural medicine practitioners and even medical cannabis advocates. All cannabinoids are made out of carbon dioxide, for example. This includes CBD and THC. For those of you who aren’t chemists, every line segment in the molecular maps shown below represents a carbon bond. Double lines are double carbon bonds. Carbon atoms have four available bonds in their outer shell, and those bonds may be occupied by Oxygen (often a double bond),

Hydrogen (a single bond) or other Carbon atoms. (Related: Learn more about chemistry by reading Chemistry. news.) There are 21 carbons, for example, in a molecule of cannabidiol. Guess where the hemp plant gets this carbon? From carbon dioxide, of course, which all the hemp-smoking Leftists are convinced is an evil molecule: Despite the fact that cannabidiol comes from carbon dioxide, climate change cultists are simultaneously “pro hemp” and “anti carbon dioxide.” How can this be the case? Because they are science idiots who have been brainwashed by the liberal establishment to despise the very molecule that creates nearly all the natural medicines in the world. Anyone who hates carbon dioxide must, by definition, hate CBD, THC and all plants. Yet, astonishingly, climate change cultists think they support “green lifestyles” by opposing the very molecule necessary for all plant life on our planet. That’s how gullible and brainwashed they are: They’ll believe anything if it is claimed to “save the planet” (even if it murders the planet). Curcumin from turmeric root is also made out of carbon dioxide Curcumin, a powerful anti-cancer nutrient found in turmeric, is also made from carbon dioxide. As you can see in this molecular diagram, it’s made from 21 carbons. Where do you

Gynecologist Gives 10 Reasons Women Should Quit Taking Birth Control Pills By Christina Sarich www.wakingtime.com

M

ILLIONS OF WOMEN are prescribed birth control pills every day to prevent pregnancy or to control a hormonal imbalance, but Dr. Sara Gottfried, a practicing gynecologist, is convinced women have been sold a pack of lies when it comes to these top-selling pharmaceutical drugs. Here’s why. First, you should know that this article is about supporting women completely in having full choice of when to conceive or not to conceive. However, it is also about informing them (and the men who love them) what happens to their bodies and minds when they take birth control pills year after year. As Elizabeth Siegel, another medical expert reveals in her study, marketing decisions rather than scientific innovations, have guided the development and positioning of contraceptive products in recent years. What’s even more disturbing is that though there are hundreds of birth control brand names to choose from, there are only a handful of actual formulations, all based on science that is more than 50 years old (and dare I say, based on the tired, patriarchal notion of female sexuality). Considering that there are forces that would like to sterilize the entire population, this topic deserves a little extra inspection. Compulsory sterilization is no joke. It’s been happening for several decades now. The recent realization of Kenyan doctors that a UN tetanus vaccine was a “mass sterilization exercise,” and other telling attempts reiterate this truth. Prince Phillip, Duke of Edinburgh once said, “If I were reincarnated, I would wish to be returned to Earth as a killer virus to lower human population levels.” Paul Ehrlich, a former science adviser to president George W. Bush and the author of The Population Bomb has stated: “To our minds, the fundamental cure, reducing the scale of the human enterprise (including the size of the population) to keep its aggregate consumption within the carrying capacity of the Earth is obvious but much neglected or denied.” If they can’t lower our numbers with chemtrails, forced vaccinations, GMO food, carcinogens in our air, water, and soil, endocrine disrupting pesticides, nuclear weapons, endless wars, manufactured AIDS and other viruses, etc., then the New World Order attempts to just sterilize us like cattle. HBO host, Bill Maher has stated, “I’m pro-choice, I’m for assisted suicide, I’m for regular suicide, I’m for whatever gets the freeway moving – that’s what I’m for. It’s too crowded, the planet is too crowded and we need to promote death.” Moreover, more than 3 million unwanted

pregnancies happen every year, just in the U.S. even with contraceptive use – so once we throw in the health harming hazards that go with these drugs, it seems it is time that women had a 360-degree view of their birth control choices, before plowing ahead. So, as offered by a practicing gynecologist who sees hundreds of women every year, here are some reasons why you (or your wife or girlfriend) may want to stop taking the Pill (Birth Control Pills – BCPs).

1

The Pill dramatically increases a woman’s testosterone levels, which can cause a low sex drive, vaginal dryness, and painful intercourse. Up to 40% of women may be experiencing this problem but not talking about it.

2

The reason the Pill is famous for helping to clear up acne is that it overwhelms natural estrogen with testosterone. While this may be a temporary benefit to taking the Pill, long-term, your natural “female” hormones don’t return to normal. This means your hormones stay whacked for decades. Dr. Kelly Brogan tells the same tale of disturbed hormonal balance in women who have been taking the pill, with no clear sign of the body returning to normal hormone levels.

3

The gut is negatively affected by BCPs. Another thing that gets “whacked” when you take the pill is your gut health. Ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease (both linked to chronic gut inflammation) is more common among women who use oral contraceptives.

4

The Pill decreases the bioavailability of key vitamins and minerals your body needs. Doctors still don’t know how, but BCPs lower the body’s absorption of vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, B9 (folate), B12, vitamins C and E, copper, magnesium, selenium, and zinc.

5

The Pill causes blood clots. If certain types of oral birth control are used, the tendency to develop deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolus increases three-fold.

6 7 8

The Pill makes PMS worse. Those containing drosperinone, a synthetic version of progestin, are the worst. The Pill lowers your thyroid hormones. Hashimoto’s disease isn’t just from Fukushima radiation. The Pill can make you gain weight, retain fluid, and feel bloated. The mainstream will tell you that the Pill isn’t the reason for your weight gain, but just in case you think it is, don’t worry – it will go away in a month or two.

9 10

The Pill increases the risk of breast cancer and cervical cancers. No brainer there. The Pill, as opposed to other contraceptive methods can cause permanent delayed conception. Maybe you don’t want kids adventurous... are the consciousnessdestroying operatives here. But YOU are the author of your life… Because this subject could go into great lengths I’ve decided to make it something for another day. Simpler to say to be in present time, the only place where life exists is something to be cherished and mastered. — Yes, there were other things they never taught me at school but I’ll leave it there, at least for now.

now, but what about the future? Fertility is a very personal choice, but women and men alike should at least be aware of what chemical birth control pills do to the body and possible reasons why they are so heavily prescribed. Dr. Gottfried advises, “For some women, the BCP is the easiest or most convenient choice, and above all else, I support a woman’s right to choose. I prefer non-hormonal forms of contraception like the copper intrauterine device (IUD), cervical caps, diaphragms, and condoms, but I understand they are not always possible, affordable, or appropriately effective. If you choose to stay on the Pill despite my precautions, take note of any symptoms of hormone imbalance.”

HAT DOES THE word “energy” really mean? We throw that buzzword around freely these days. Energy can be described as the ability of a physical system to perform work or produce a change. It is usually measured in joules or watts. Light, heat, potential or kinetic, are examples of energy. We are aware of how energy can be converted from one form to another. We often comment on our own energy levels: wishing for more to get us through the day. When we feel a sense of imbalance either physically or mentally, we hope for a shift of By Glennis Taylor energy that propels us into a sense of overall well-being. We reach out to health care practitioners and professionals to aid us in our yearning to feel well. Often, we exhaust our options in the conventional medical system and turn to alternative modalities. From naturopaths to energy healers, they all work with energy in one form or another. Nutritional changes and supplements are often recommended and may provide more available energy for the body to use to regulate or correct our metabolic pathways on the route to better health. Positive lifestyle changes are a big part in the return to optimal health, but what about the deeper layers of energy that play out in our lives? What about the behavioral patterns we find ourselves acting out over and over again? Is there a way of moving the stuck energy or energy blocks without

Nature’s Revival

spending years on a couch revisiting old memories? This is where energy healing shines. Recognizing the need for a better way of releasing old energy patterns, many techniques are surfacing to do just that. Erika Nabuurs of Nature’s Revival is a passionate believer in the power of energy healing. Receiving help from a naturopathic doctor for a health condition that nagged her, Erika chose to study naturopathy herself. During her extensive training, she was drawn to the more energetic aspects of healing. Marrying her naturopathic knowledge with the potential of energy shifting has given Erika a powerful edge in helping her clients return to a wonderful sense of being alive and living in their own authenticity. Erika believes, as many of us are coming to understand, that we manifest circumstances and events in our lives based on the vibrations we put out into the universe. These vibrations result from our past experiences and beliefs about the world and ourselves. We seem to draw to ourselves the people and events that mirror the beliefs we hold. If we don’t take the opportunities presented to us to recognize and address these beliefs, they will continue to occur as patterns, often becoming more intense until we sit up and pay attention. These may manifest as chronic or acute conditions impacting our health on many levels. When clients contact Erika, she is able to meet them where they are on the spectrum of self-awareness. Working with her clients,

Erika identifies imbalances in the different body systems, be they physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. These stressors to the body as a whole can be identified by muscle testing to quickly get to the root of any issue. When committed to their healing journey and the work involved to attain wellness, the clients are guided through the steps involved to unravel the story and begin the sometimes initially rocky road of healing. Erika has developed a pre-constructed three month program that lays out the path to wellness. Stress is the undercurrent of so many illnesses and imbalances. When we can switch from being in a mainly sympathetic state of our nervous system to a more relaxed phase in our parasympathetic mode, the body calms and the journey of healing can truly begin. The fight or flight (sympathetic) state that we find ourselves in on a daily basis in this fast paced and uncertain world makes it more difficult to provide the body with the healing nutrients and hormones required for optimum health. Through reaching in and exposing the beliefs and old wounds, Erika helps us understand the profound impacts of our emotions and deep feelings. This sympathetic dominance affects our respiration, heart rate, immunity, digestion

and ability to produce hormones and neurotransmitters. When Erika helps the client identify the root causes and triggers of any imbalances, and with guidance in learning to let emotions pass through without getting caught up in the running “story”, the client is able to access their own intuition and self guidance and live in a more parasympathetic state. Erika wants to see her clients navigate their own lives through listening to their own bodies and trusting their own intuition to find selfclarity. This shift in energy is invaluable in changing someone’s life experience. Energy healing is about a letting go or processing old stuck energy, which allows for a stronger, healthier version of ourselves to emerge. Erika has some very valuable tools that she teachers her clients to use and thrive on a daily basis. The people she helps are so grateful for her knowledge and warm guidance. When I asked Erika who her clients tend to be and how they are attracted to her practice, she says she feels they have a sense that the time is right for change and that she is the person to turn to for help. To reach others, Erika is about to launch her new book called Deluded Victim To Enlightened Creator. Wishing all of us the wellness we deserve! OR CENTURIES, YOGIS have been expressing the incredible benefits meditation can provide. More recently, meditation has become a more mainstream means of treating anxiety and stress, as deep breathing has been proven to calm the nervous system and reduce our heart rate. Avid meditators or individuals who practice breathing techniques typically report that such practices have the ability to silence or slow down the mind. This begs the question: How exactly does meditation and controlled breathing affect our brain? We’ve all heard the saying “take a deep breath,” and there’s actually some merit to that. A new study published in the Journal of Neuroscience found that there’s a direct link between nasal breathing and our cognitive function.

The Link Between Our Breath and Our Brain

While practicing yoga, you typically breathe through your nose, but why is that? I find

breathing through the nose to be less strenuous and more peaceful, especially while practicing yoga. Well, Northwestern Medicine scientists may have just found an explanation for that. The scientists began by testing the electrical brain signals of seven epilepsy patients with electrodes in their brains. Their findings showed that the rhythms of the participants’ natural breathing matched the slow electrical rhythms in their brain regions associated with their sense of smell. The scientists also noted that during nasal inhalation, the fast electrical rhythms in the amygdala, responsible for our ability to process emotions, and the hippocampus, associated with memories and emotions, became stronger. To gain a better understanding of their research, the scientists then examined an additional 60 healthy participants to discover the effects nasal breathing has on memory and

Your Breath Is Your Brain’s Remote Control

emotional behaviour. The participants were shown both scared and surprised faces, and then they had to immediately determine the emotional expression of the face they just saw. As it turned out, the participants were able to identify the scared faces much faster when they were inhaling through the nose than when they were shown the images when exhaling or when breathing through the mouth. The scientists also tested the participants by showing them images and then asking them to recall them later. The participants were much better at recalling the original images if they were shown them on an inhale breath through the nose. The study’s findings suggest that the act of nasal breathing plays an integral role in coordinating electrical brain signals in the olfactory “smell” cortex, the brain regions that receive input from our nose. It’s clear that the act of breathing through the nose, even when we don’t smell anything, can still affect our emotions and memory. This is fascinating because we often associate smell with memory and emotion. However, this information proves that it’s not just the sense of smell that can remind us of a particular day or moment in our lives, but also the simple act of breathing though the nose itself.

Nasal breathing can therefore be considered “the remote control of the brain,” because breathing through the nose directly affects the electrical signals in the smell regions of the brain. By controlling our breath, we can actually improve brain function in order to develop more accurate and quicker emotional recognition abilities and improve our memory simultaneously. Keep in mind that just because the inhalation is what’s associated with cognitive function, that doesn’t mean that the exhalation isn’t equally as important! Studies have shown that controlled breathing, which often means slow inhales and exhales, and meditation can have incredibly beneficial effects on human health. This isn’t the first study to prove the effects controlled breathing can have on the brain. A study conducted by Harvard researchers at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) determined that meditation literally rebuilds the brain’s grey matter, which is associated with memory, sense of self, empathy, and stress. Participants practiced, on average, 27 minutes of mindfulness exercises daily and experienced significant improvements after only two months. This is one of the first studies to prove that meditation can actually change the brain.

Other Health Benefits of Controlled Breathing and the Relaxation Response The Relaxation Response is basically the

opposite of the “fight or flight” response and can be described as a deep relaxation that engages the parasympathetic nervous system, otherwise known as meditation. You can also induce the Relaxation Response through controlled breathing, yoga, and other mindfulness practices.

According to Herbert Benson, M.D., of Harvard Medical School, the Relaxation Response can counteract the physiological changes of stress and the fight or flight response, including muscle tension, headache, upset stomach, racing heartbeat, and shallow breathing. A Harvard study found that meditation and the Relaxation Response can mitigate symptoms of Irritable Bowl Syndrome (IBS) and improve gut health. The study showed that by inducing the Relaxation Response, participants showed reduced symptoms of IBS as well as decreased anxiety and overall better quality of life. Another study performed at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing compared a group of meditators to a group of non-meditators and found that meditating can have long-term benefits, including improved mental health and cellular health. You can read more about this in another CE article here: http://bit.ly/2d09snl Another study showed that meditation and controlled breathing can protect and lengthen telomeres, which are located on the ends of chromosomes. If your chromosomes are healthy, your cells are healthy as well, further proving that meditation can aid cellular health. You can read more about this and how meditation can decrease your risk of cancer here: http://bit.ly/2hBMeRB In addition to physiological changes, meditation can also provoke emotional and psychological changes as well. This study proved that experienced meditators produce increased levels of melatonin. The meditators were studied after participating in either Transcendental Meditation-Sidhi or yoga, both of which were found to help increase melatonin. Lastly, according to Ellen L. Idler, Ph.D., a professor at Emory College, those who practice spiritual modalities including meditation are more likely to make positive and healthy choices. Idler goes on to explain that through meditation, we can decrease chronic stress and the potential for disease.

From page 15 suppose the turmeric plant acquires the carbon it needs to manufacture this molecule? From atmospheric carbon dioxide, of course, the very molecule that delusional climate change fanatics have said they want to eliminate from the planet because it’s a “pollutant.” In fact, nearly every medicinal molecule in all of botany is made out of carbon dioxide. CO2 is the key source of carbon used by plants to synthesize everything from chlorophyll to resveratrol. Every healing nutrient in basil, oregano, cinnamon, cilantro, garlic and pomegranate fruit is made out of carbon dioxide. The entire world of natural medicine owes its very basis to CO2. This is why every herbalist, naturopath and medicinal arts practitioner should be in favor of carbon dioxide. Without this molecule, they would all be out of business (and dead, technically, since all life on the planet would collapse). The real SCIENCE of carbon dioxide proves this molecule is the answer to a greener planet Every person who argues that carbon dioxide is bad for the planet is a science idiot. Neil Tyson is a science idiot. Bill Nye is a science idiot. Elon Musk is a science idiot. And Al Gore is a science idiot, too. They all have one laughably stupid thing in common: They think carbon dioxide is bad for plant life on Earth. This makes them total morons

Page 18

who couldn’t even pass a high school science class. Seriously, they would all earn “F” grades in a high school science class because they can’t even get the answer correct on which molecules are involved in photosynthesis. I remember studying photosynthesis in the tenth grade. I was 16 years old, and my science teacher was an awesome, liberty-loving gun owner who later taught us genetics and microbiology. Photosynthesis was simple stuff then, and it’s simple now. Yet the global warming lunatics are trying to memory hole all science education that covers carbon dioxide or genetics because they have to push their delusional narratives of global

warming and transgenderism. Somehow, they ridiculously claim to have a monopoly over “science,” even when their stupid narratives are so full of junk science quackery that real scientists are laughing their heads off everywhere. The bottom line in all this? Any person who insists that carbon dioxide is “bad” for the planet is a scientifically illiterate moron. These are often the very same people drinking green juice smoothies who don’t even know that plants are green precisely because chlorophyll harnesses carbon dioxide and sunlight to create plant energy. If any molecule is a “green” molecule on our planet, it’s CO2!

Cannabis From page 10

Hemp is Mostly Unaffected by Heavy Metals in Soil

Hemp’s resilience to contaminants in soil is well documented. Even as early as 1975, a study published in the Agronomy Journal described how soil characteristics influenced elemental uptake and could even affect final cannabinoid profile in psychoactive strains. To illustrate this, fifteen sites with varying soil profiles were planted with the same strain of Afghan cannabis, and their harvests tested for metal content. Researchers concluded that differences could be used to determine geographic origin of cannabis through foliar analysis. In 1995, the Polish Institute of Natural Fibres released a study demonstrating that tested varieties were able to withstand high levels of heavy metals in soil without impacting plant growth, yield or fibre quality. However, little research has been done into the safety of using fibres in clothing or other forms of industry, and this issue must be investigated fully in order to establish the possible uses for hemp grown in such conditions. As a proven, valuable tool in the fight to repair human-inflicted damage to our soils and ecosystems, hemp could potentially benefit hundreds of thousands of sites across the globe—it is estimated that in the USA alone there are 30,000 sites requiring remediation. As is so often the case, US restrictions on hemp cultivation preclude any large-scale operations from being implemented, and the contaminated sites are largely left un-remediated, through lack of both funding and interest on the part of the government. People are still believing the hype and buying overly processed, toxic vegetable oils instead of natural fats such as coconut oil or organic grass-fed butter. By Amy Goodrich NaturalNews.com

W

E ALL HAVE been trained by the government and food industry to believe that processed vegetable oils, such as canola oil, are healthy, and natural saturated fats coming from butter, lard, or coconut oil increase the risk of cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and obesity. Though canola oil is marketed as healthy oil, it is anything but healthy. It is a cheap, highly unstable, inflammatory oil that was given a huge push by trusted advisory groups and the government’s dietary guidelines. For years we have been told by scientists, governments, nutritionists, and doctors to stop using saturated fats and use highly processed vegetable oils instead. Nonetheless, obesity, cardiovascular diseases, and cancer are still on the rise.

Canola Oil

A Chemical Carcinogen That Doesn’t Belong Anywhere Near Your Food

2)

Canola oil is often used as a hydrogenated oil Canola is a highly refined, processed oil. It undergoes degumming, bleaching, and deodorizing steps that usually involve high temperatures and toxic chemicals. Also, during the process harmful trans fatty acids are created which contribute to cardiovascular issues.

3)

The problem with canola oil

Canola oil comes from highly toxic genetically modified rapeseeds. In the past, rapeseed oil was used in candles, soaps, lipsticks, lubricants, inks, biofuels, and even insecticides. Somehow this industrial oil found its way to our dinner table. In 1956, however, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) banned the use of rapeseed oil for human consumption due to the high levels of erucic acid. By the early seventies, rapeseed growers had found a way to genetically modify the seeds to produce oil with reduced erucic acid. The oil was reintroduced on the market under the name “Rape Oil” or “LEAR Oil” (Low Erucic Acid Rape), which was later changed to canola oil

Further

From page 11 American States which have already ‘legalized’ have been less considerate of environmental impacts in their regulatory process, many are now taking a second glance at what needs to change. Governments need to create incentives for environmentally responsible cultivations if they expect industry to respond. Of course the industry could do this on their own as it makes for good business. Sungrown and greenhouse cultivations are less costly and capable of producing year round with new

consumption, even though they have never been tested for long-term effects. A 2011 review published in Environmental Studies Europe reported that mammals fed genetically modified foods for 90 days showed dramatically reduced kidney (43.5 percent) and liver (30.8 percent) functions. This study is only one of the many studies linking GMO food to increased health issues.

for marketing purposes. It was touted a wonder oil, low in unhealthy saturated fats and high in healthy omega-3 fatty acids. While this GMO seed may have a lower erucic acid content, hybridization and genetic modification also increased the amount of oleic acid. Oleic acid has been linked to stunted growth, abnormalities in blood platelets, free radical damage, and an increased risk of several types of cancer.

consumption is down, people are still believing the hype and buying overly processed, toxic vegetable oils instead of natural fats such as coconut oil or organic grass-fed butter. Here are the three top reasons why canola oil doesn’t belong anywhere near your mouth.

1)

Even today, despite the fact that heart disease and cancer continue to rise at an alarming rate while saturated fat

90 percent of canola oil is genetically modified While some people will argue that GMO foods will help us to address food shortages in the future, at the same time they are poisoning millions of people. The billion-dollar GMO industry claims that their Frankenfoods are safe for human

technology. http://evanmills.lbl.gov/pubs/pdf/ cannabis-carbon-footprint.pdf Covert cultivation practices are a direct result of prohibition and now that this is ending in Canada, various states and worldwide, we are obligated to embrace not just more practical models, but also more ethical models. Ultimately it will be the consumer who decides if given the choices they deserve, and it is imperative the choices are based on evidence and science. Ethical consumer practise impacts not only the environment but also our communities. It is time for cannabis to not only return

to the sunlight but also return to living soil which supports the environment around it. We need to be having these important conversations around the ethics of cannabis consumer practices, cannabis cultivation and the potentially positive impacts which are on their way. We need to get to know our ethical cannabis farmers of the future and support them. Author Kelly Coulter is the most published writer on the subject of environmental impacts of cannabis cultivation in Canada. She has been working in this space for over 15 years. She advocated for greenhouse cultivation

The ugly truth about canola oil

Canola oil is the main ingredient of “non-chemical” pesticides Most GMO foods contain high levels of pesticide residues which have shown to cause many life-threatening issues. Furthermore, canola oil is an excellent pesticide on its own, hence its use as a key ingredient in many “non-chemical” pesticides. Don’t let the food industry lure you into buying harmful vegetable oils that don’t belong on a kitchen table. They often focus their marketing strategies on the general belief that saturated fats cause high cholesterol levels and heart diseases, while their oils contain healthy monounsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids.

narrative of our own time. The greatest innovators, futurists, visionaries and thinkers saw beyond that narrative. They burst the time bubble open and saw ahead of their time.

6. Defying institutional pressures

Society had two major forces at play. One is a top-down control transmitted hierarchically through the institutions. The other is a force of change, novelty and innovation, which is built bottom-up from individuals and slowly accepted and adopted by larger social structures. One crazy innovative idea from a free-thinker on the fringes of society can be taken up by some influencers and spread virally through the mass media until it becomes a norm. OK this is a simplistic overview but it’s enough to show the basic mechanics of social change. Free thinkers are those individuals on the fringes of society cooking up shockingly new ideas. They refuse to succumb to institutional pressures of uniformity and control. The institutional top-down forces are there mainly to preserve their status quo, the stability of the social system and its identity hence they resist novelty and change. The power of the free-thinker on the other hand, lies in constantly defying these institutional pressures to abide to the rules and accepted

overwhelmed for no apparent reason. At other times, when the Earth’s fields are stable and certain measures of solar activity are increased, people report increased positive feelings and more creativity and inspiration. This is likely due to a coupling between the human brain, cardiovascular and nervous system with resonating geomagnetic frequencies. The Earth and ionosphere generate frequencies that range from 0.01 hertz to 300 hertz, some of which are in the exact same frequency range as the one happening in our brain, cardiovascular system, and autonomic nervous system. This offers one way to explain how fluctuations in the Earth’s and Sun’s magnetic fields can influence us. Changes in these fields have also been shown to affect our brainwaves, heart rhythms, memory, athletics performance, and overall health. Changes in the Earth’s fields from extreme solar activity have been linked to some of humanity’s greatest creations of art, as well as some of its most tragic events. We know how these fields affect us, but what about how we affect these fields? That’s the real question here. we are not just receivers of biologically relevant information, but also senders of it. We feed information into the global field, thus creating a feedback loop with the Earth’s magnetic fields. Human emotions and consciousness interact with and encode information into the geomagnetic field and this information is distributed globally. . . . We are suggesting in essence that this encoded information is communicated nonlocally between people at a subconscious level, in effect linking all living systems. Magnetic fields act as carrier waves for this information, which can influence all living systems – positively or negatively – within the field environment as well as our collective consciousness. If we look at the heart, for example, it emits electromagnetic fields, which change according to our emotions, and these can actually be measured up to several feet away from the human body. These fields have been shown to affect not only ourselves, but those around us. You can read more about that here: [https://www.collective-evolution. com/2014/11/24/what-science-istelling-us-about-the-hearts-intuitiveintelligence/] This research on this topic, which is still in its infancy, has immense ramifications

for our world. It will further prove and highlight the great extent to which our attitudes, emotions, and intentions matter, and that these factors within the realm of nonmaterial science can affect all life on Earth. Coherent, cooperative intention could impact global events and improve the quality of life on Earth. Practicing love, gratitude, and appreciation, as well as bettering ourselves

norms of society.

7. Perception is to be altered not accepted

Another powerful tool in the freethinker’s toolbox is perception, or rather its bending and shifting. Philosophers have debated the nature of perception for ages. There are some who hold that perception gives us a reliable view of how our outer reality is and some other argue that perception is greatly influenced and fixed by our beliefs and knowledge. A classic example is colour perception. Colour is only a conventional label. What may seem plainly white to you, is only one of a large variety of hues for the Inuit eskimo who practically lives in a white world. They can differentiate between a wide range of ‘whites’ and they even have words to describe them. The perception is different and so is their reality. Free-thinking individuals understand how perception is fixed and limited by our consensual view of the world. Yet in reality, perception need not be fixed; It can be altered and changed. It comes to no surprise then that many free-thinkers turn to ancient traditions who had studied and tinkered with perception for millennia either by disciplined practices or entheogens. Famous Free thinkers like Terrence Mckenna and Ram Dass come to mind.. Written by Gilbert Ross of www.inspireamaze.com as individuals, are some of the many crucial action steps towards changing our planet for the better. we give or get; it is something that we nurture and grow.” Love is nurtured by our having the audacity to uphold it, despite those who would undermine it. It grows through tiny acts of courage that continue the evolution of the human leitmotif. We live in order to love. Without love life is meaningless. Fighting for love, stretching love, brings meaning to the meaninglessness and our life becomes a courageous and open adventure.

Courage when stretched is adventure “The only way that we can live, is if we grow. The only way that we can grow is if we change. The only way that we can change is if we learn. The only way we can learn is if we are exposed. And the only way that we can become exposed is if we throw ourselves out into the open. Do it. Throw yourself.” ~ C. Joybell C.

Page 22

When we’re able to trump fear with courage and inertia with action, the road to adventure opens up. Adventure begins when we stop trying to remain the same and start being okay with what it means to change. We need to stop operating under the outdated story of fear and scarcity. Let’s update our story with courage and abundance so that life does not elude us. I beseech you who would live a full life of adventure and self-discovery, your path begins at the perceived limits of your comfort zone. Stretch it. Take the first step and a life well-lived shall not elude you. Like Kurt Vonnegut wittily quipped, “We are here on earth to fart around, and don’t let anybody tell you

different.” Those telling us different are the ones who are scared of change. They live fear-based lifestyles despite themselves. They are humorless, and therefore averse to vulnerability, love and courage. “The hero-adventure begins with someone from whom something has been taken, or who feels there is something lacking in the normal experience available or permitted to the members of society,” writes Joseph Campbell. “The person then takes off on a series of adventures beyond the ordinary, either to recover what has been lost or to discover some life-giving elixir. It’s usually a cycle, a coming and a returning.”

How will we come and return? How will we leave and come back? How will we occur and reoccur? What lifegiving elixir is out there waiting for us to discover, to bring back to the ones we love? Where will we discover that “something lacking” that we can bring back to our culture in order to vitalize and catalyze it into overcoming itself and evolving into a healthier and more sustainable future? Who will be that hero? Who will dare take off on a series of self-discovering adventures? Answer: the one who understands that humor when stretched is vulnerability; vulnerability when stretched is love; love when stretched is courage; and courage when stretched is adventure. T THIS PIVOTAL TIME in history, the era of our awakening through truth and transparency, it has never been more amazing to be alive. A number of us know that the stakes are high in the fight for our freedom: On one side, we have an increasingly destructive parasitic control system; a well-oiled machine coldly designed by the ruling elite and associates to screw us all over with its false and limiting paradigms. Then, on the other hand, we are undergoing a mass awakening with changes in consciousness having the potential to co-create a transformed planet. So, which one will win, the ruling elite’s control system or our awakening? –A very openended question that could give many different responses, I realize, but here’s my response, coming from the heart perspective.

Our awakening

The control system

All things are energy. Every aspect of the parasitic control system serves to destroy our heart energy. It serves to disconnect us from our powerful intuitive heart intelligence. Put simply, the ruling elite wants us to be like them, heartless. They have had us programmed and brainwashed into believing many falsehoods so that we can be left to our own accords to demonstrate our heartlessness to each other. Take for example, the case of fighting their secretly manufactured wars for power, profit and political gains. In these neverending wars, the only real enemy, the only ‘us’ versus ‘them’ is we-the-people against the ruling elite, everything else is merely an illusion. The same can be said about other secretly manufactured conflicts such as those involving civil unrest, race wars and the spoils of economic disruption... From cradle to grave our intuitive heart energy takes a hammering by the narrow, deeply stifling education system curriculum and then the workplace: In both cases we’ve been programmed and brainwashed into the profit worshipping, selfserving corporate/banker greed-driven systems with the consumerist ‘he who dies with the most toys wins’ and the ‘survival of the fittest’ attitudes. Then there’s the ruling elite’s owned and controlled mainstream media. Entertainment is entrainment: The mainstream media is designed to affect our behaviour after watching endless hours of TV/movies where people treat each other horribly,

while we are made to become desensitized. Not to forget the highly deceptive fear-inducing fake news; selling secret sponsored false terrorism with its outsider demons or false bogeymen…

Occultism

Another assault on the heart exists in the form of occultism. The ruling elite secretly meets up in rooms said to have the right geometry/symmetry conducive to holding their negative energy rituals. Their negative energy rituals or occult symbolism as for example in corporate logos is designed to have counterproductive effects on humanity through affecting our psyche in the morphogenetic field.

Transhumanism

Our human qualities are seriously under

threat by the transhumanism agenda. With the use of its technologies such as nano-technology, genetic engineering, drugs, robotics and bionics… to ‘enhance’ us, we are in grave danger of losing

our heart connectivity and thus getting rendered powerless to do anything about the ruling elite’s control system.

EARTH - Anagram for HEART

Earth and our energetic disconnection

Our heart energies extend to an energetic connection with Earth. It’s no coincidence that EARTH is an anagram for HEART. The ruling elite are destroying planet Heart’s energy by polluting the land, air, food and water through geo-engineering, fracking, chemical pollution, radiation, genetic modification… as we blindly partake. The recent protests over the laying down of oil pipeline at Standing Rock, Dakota is a stand for the heart energy: Here we have a situation where on one side there are protesters honoring a piece of land as a God-given sacred living entity, providing fertile soil and fresh water… On the other side, a number of heartless individuals; bribed politicians representing greed-driven corporations, an over-the-

In this age of truth and transparency, in our awakening, having chosen the ‘service to others’ pathway, more than ever, we need to demonstrate gratitude, compassion, empathy, generosity, kindness and caring for each other as a way of staying in the heart. Self-acceptance, finding peace with yourself allows staying in the heart, a place where the parasitic control system cannot find a way of attaching itself in order to use you. Not only for survival and supporting each other, but also for our transformation, I’ve always believed that the answer lies in forming local communities. Each community must have unity, selfsufficiency and discernment to survive and thrive. A community-based living that would focus on an even distribution of wealth rather than concentrating it to the hands of a select few… We need to redefine the education system with theory and practice that goes beyond the current paradigm. Besides openness, we need to demonstrate more honesty and integrity in our approaches. -We as a race got ourselves into this mess essentially by blindly accepting the general consensus of the masses and the opinions of so-called experts, now it’s up to us to consciously co-create our way out of it. Consciousness is the key to world change. It’s a lot simpler than some might imagine. We will make this turnaround through feeling, thinking and acting from the heart. Although traumatizing to the collective consciousness we need to experience this current reality to transform. It will allow us to align our mass conscious intention to create a new paradigm experience, a world that makes a difference for everyone. It will allow us to have the profound realization that I am YOU and YOU are me, so why lie, cheat and hurt yourself?

In conclusion

Every reality, whether fake or real, manifests as a consequence of where we are consciously at in our lives. Our awakening will win: The shift in mass consciousness towards the heart energy will bring about the manifested reality necessary to defeat the control system.
