m 14. Juni hat der Ballettclub Wiener Staatsoper & Volksoper seinen Förderpreis 2018 an die Italienerin Elena Bottaro, Halbsolistin des Wiener Staatsballetts, in Anwesenheit von Staatsoperndirektor Dominique Meyer und Ballettdirektor Manuel Legris verliehen. Die Zeremonie fand im Hotel The Harmonie Vienna statt. Der Förderpreis wurde erneut von der Hausherrin, Frau Mag. Sonja Wimmer, gesponsert und von ihr und der Präsidentin des Ballettclubs, Ingeborg TichyLuger, überreicht. Für die musikalische Umrahmung sorgte Maddalena Del Gobbo auf ihrer Viola da Gamba. Ein Überraschungspräsent brachte der Maler Leo Stopfer mit, der Elena Bottaro kürzlich portraitiert hatte. Im Anschluss an den offiziellen Teil genoss die prominente Gästeschar, u.a. S.E. Dr. Gregor Woschnagg, S.E. Dr. Konstantin Prevedourakis, Frau Mag. Patrizia Fusco von der Italienischen Botschaft, sowie zahlreiche Mitglieder des Wiener Staatsballetts und des Ballettclubs das köstliche Buffet, gesponsert von Ballettclubmitglied Marion Reisner-Seifert.

n 14 June, the Ballettclub Wiener Staatsoper & Volksoper presented Elena Bottaro, Demi Soloist of the Wiener Staatsballett, with the 2018 Incentive Award in the presence of ballet director Manuel Legris. The ceremony took place at Hotel The Harmonie Vienna and was sponsored by the hostess, Ms Sonja Wimmer. The Award was handed over by her and the President of the Ballettclub, Ingeborg Tichy-Luger. Maddalena Del Gobbo, playing her viola da gamba, provided the musical accompaniment Artist Leo Stopfer surprised Elena Bottaro with the gift of a recently painted portrait of her. After the official part of the event, the illustrious group of guests enjoyed the delicious buffet, sponsored by Ballettclub member Marion Reisner-Seifert.
