Bondholders’ meeting deferred to Nov 13 By BUUMBA CHIMBULU
BONDHOLDER meetings to vote on Zambia’s request for debt relief which were supposed to take place yesterday have been postponed to November 13, 2020 on Tuesday after failing to reach quorums.
