STOP FINGER POINTING, MUTAMBO’S UNCLE ADVISES PUBLIC By AARON CHIYANZO
F
INGER-POINTING over Ian Mutambo’s death should immediately stop because accidents are
unforeseen, his uncle, Humphrey Chisenga has said. Mr Mutambo is a frontline health personnel who died in a road traffic accident involving a Power Tools bus while delivering a Covid-19 sample
to Ndola. Mr Chisenga said during Mr Mutambo’s burial in Mpika yesterday that his nephew died while performing national duties and that accidents occur under normal
circumstances. This follows sentiments by the UPND and its cronies that Government should blame itself for Mr Mutambo’s death for failing to provide secure transport.
Mr Mutambo, who was born in 1996 and employed by the Ministry of Health in 2018 was yesterday put to rest at Mufubushi village in Mpika.
