Despite being up to date with paying ground rates, the Commissioner of Lands has allegedly told them the Ministry of Lands does not know them but only recognised those who paid K20, 000 for the new plots. ZRA pays K6bn VAT refunds. P6 BUUMBA CHIMBULU OVER K6 billion worth of Value Added Tax (VAT) refunds have been paid out in the last six months to the business community by the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA). A large portion of the
