WHAT'S POPPIN' SPIRITS! I hope you guys are doing well! Can you believe June is almost over? Hopefully, all of you are making the best out of your summer, whether traveling out of state or just staying in and enjoying your hobbies. RetrO-TC Join us at our annual Officer Training Conference. This event is catered to all of our club officers, however, members are more than welcome to come! The official duties and responsibilities of a club president include but are not limited to the following: Setting and monitoring the goals of the club Running club general and board meetings Appointing committee chairs and delegating tasks as necessary Recruiting and training members Maintaining regular communication with the lieutenant governor of his or her division Maintaining regular communication with his or her sponsored Kiwanis Club Maintaining regular communication with school faculty advisor and administration

The official duties and responsibilities of a club vice president include but are not limited to the following: Serving the president and other club officers, committees, and general membership in any way needed Learn the duties of the president and fill in for him/her if necessary Assist with maintaining communication between the club and: Lieutenant governor of respective division Sponsored Kiwanis Club Faculty advisor and school administration Brainstorming new event ideas

The official duties and responsibilities of a club secretary include but are not limited to the following: Complete the Monthly Report Form, or MRF accurately and submit to the Division by designated deadlines typically the 5th of every month by 6 PM local time) Record meeting minutes and attendance at both club and board meetings Submit information of Member Recognition Program (MRP) and Annual Achievement and Report (AAR) to Lieutenant Governor by designated deadline Submit election results for the board for the new term

The official duties and responsibilities of a club treasurer include but are not limited to the following: In coordination with the faculty advisor and club secretary, update the club roster and submit dues through the Membership Update Center at keyclub.org/muc. Maintain accurate financial records throughout the year, to be reviewed at any time by members, other officers, or administration. Educate members on Key Club International and CNH Key Club’s Preferred Charities and Partners Host fundraising events to raise funds and awareness for these Preferred Charities and Partners.

Submitting articles and visuals for your club to the Division Newsletter Editor. (Due on the 10th of every month at 6 PM) Help recruit members by sharing your club's story through online outlets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on your respective club platforms. Share club activities on social media platforms Take photographs at events Engage with members through web-based outlets.
