Happy November! I can't believe this semester is almost over already! This month is Fall Rally! Yay! I hope everyone has their spirit and voice ready to represent this division! In this issue, I prepared a small guide for everyone who might want to make some tutu's and unicorn headbands for Fall Rally! If you do make your own, please show me! I already have my unicorn headband and tutu ready, so I'm really excited for this!!

Ah, finally one of the most important events are coming up. FALL RALLY SOUTH!!! Remember to mark your calendars for November 9. I highly recommend to come and invite your friends. you don't want to miss and regret not going to this event! i cant wait to see you all my beautiful unicorns. see you at the spirit sessions and fall rally south 2019!!!

DIY FALL RALL TUTU materials:
Tulle Scissors Elastic Hot Glue
1. Cut a piece of elastic to the same length as your waist, leaving an inch to glue the two ends together.
2. Cut out many strips of tulle. Make sure that the length of these strips are twice the length of your desired skirt length. Fold each strip in half and place it under the elastic. Tuck the ends into the loop over the elastic band to attach the strips on the elastic.
3. Repeat setp 2 as many times as you want. The more tulle you add, the flufflier the tutu gets!

LY ACCESSORIES UNICORN HEADBAND materials:
White fabric White felt Pink felt Thread Stuffing Scissors Hot Glue
1. Cut out two triangles with the white fabric. Glue them together according to the dotted line. Then flip it inside out so everything looks nice and neat. 2. Stuff the triangle so that it becomes full and fluffy. Glue the bottom, so that the stuffing will stay inside. 3. Use a long piece of thread to make the indentations of a unicorn horn like the picture. Try using gold glitter thread or yarn to make the horn cuter!
4. Cut out two triangles on the white felt and cut out two smaller triangles on the pink felt. Glue the pink triangle on top of the white triangle. Tip: Fold the felt and cut the triangle so you'll end up with two triangles that are exactly the same. 5. Glue everything on a headband. Add cute flowers or pom-poms to add a little extra something to your unicorn headband! Note: You can also make the horn with yellow/gold fabric if you don't want to accessorize your headband!
