A major part of Delineates business strategy is to have a ‘Wales first’ recruitment policy, with all new hires proactively being sourced in Wales, this will naturally bring more Welsh speakers into the company. Around 60% of the team are Welsh speakers and learning opportunities are offered to individuals who are not Welsh speakers A high percentage of the team are bi or multi-lingual due to the nature of the business which dictates that a number of languages are utilised with clients across the world 60% of the team are naturalised Welsh speakers and it is a given that they converse in Welsh.
