Knowledge, skills and experience

• Proven experience in the pre-construction phase of major infrastructure development projects

• Excellent project management skills and a proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and activities

• Proven team leadership skills and an ability to shape and define programmes of work in a context of ambiguity, uncertainty and at times conflicting requirements

• Highly self-motivated and resilient

• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to work with a range of stakeholders to deliver desired outcomes.

• Experience of working in a public sector context would be an advantage

• Knowledge of the energy sector would be an advantage
