Just over 18 years ago I set out to create a different kind of brokerage. My mission for Cummings & Co. Realtors was to create a place where I could build long term relationships with my Associates and give them a better opportunity for greater professional and financial success. It’s what I want for myself, and for those who share my commitment for this business.

This has all the instructions you’ll need to transfer to our brokerage when you’re ready.

Approve Sign & Business Card Proofs

Signs are usually delivered 3-5 business days after you approve the proof.

Day you transfer your license in DLLR (as long as it’s during normal business hours)

Transfer Your License, Bright & Board Affiliation

Instructions are in the Welcome Email you received.

Receive the Follow Up Email

This has general office information that you’ll need and the next steps in onboarding to our brokerage (to include signing your ICA, completing a form to request your social media and email blast announcement, setting up your profile on our website, etc.)

Timeline depends on Agent’s decision to move.

Inform your broker or office manager that you are transferring.
