Dear Guests I am delighted to welcome you all to the fifth annual Spotlight Awards. These are my second awards as Chair of the Trust and, as I read through each of the entries, I was moved and inspired by all the fantastic staff that were nominated. Spotlight celebrates the commitment and high quality work that takes place within Cumbria Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and this year we are also highlighting the integration work of our teams. We value all our staff and appreciate the commitment that everyone shows to provide the best possible care to the people of Cumbria. These awards are a great opportunity for managers and colleagues to tell us who they feel makes an outstanding contribution and deserves extra recognition. The ‘Here for You’ award provides a wonderful way for the people who use our services to show the impact an exceptional staff member can have on people’s lives. All of the nominees are worthy candidates and we are proud to have them working in our Trust. Best of luck to the shortlisted candidates and I hope you all have an enjoyable evening. Kind Regards, Mike Taylor, Chair
