Contra Costa’s median sold price for single-family homes was static month-over-month at $1 million. The number of homes sold increased to 1,043 and the number of new listings also increased at 2,214. The number of condo & townhouses sales decreased slightly to $624,000 with 541 new listings and 264 homes sold. Buyers are also still being aggressive with their offer prices, with the median offer price continuing to be above 100%. As temperatures are rising, the market is showing signs of cooling.

I don't have enough words to express my gratitude for this team. We found our dream home, Alex was the seller's agent but i just immediately love his attitude, work ethic, and the way he communicates. So when our offer was accepted by the seller, I immediately signed a contract with him to sell my previous house. This is when everything even impressed me more. The team Mac and Ele had contractor, painter, landscaper, electrician, stager, mover, all lined up ready to fix the house to make it more beautiful and presentable to sell. All of those contractors price were reasonable and did very good job. In one week they turned my house like brand new. I was traveling overseas when they fixed my house, they even helped and managed my movers while I was absent!!! Alex was very active during this remodeling, he brought off market clients everyday. The house was sold in one week with $700K above listing price and multiple offers. Not only I got my dream house from him that I enjoy now for the rest of my life and the same time I was very satisfied selling my old house through him.
