Contra Costa’s median sold price for single-family homes was static month-over-month at $1 million. The number of homes sold increased to 1,043 and the number of new listings also increased at 2,214. The number of condo & townhouses sales decreased slightly to $624,000 with 541 new listings and 264 homes sold. Buyers are also still being aggressive with their offer prices, with the median offer price continuing to be above 100%. As temperatures are rising, the market is showing signs of cooling.

We found our dream home, Alex was the seller's agent but i just immediately love his attitude, work ethic, and the way he communicates.
