INTRODUCTION
THE IDYLLIC LIMESTONE COVE.
Limestone Cove holds one of Kangaroo Islands most admired locations. It is highly revered for its unique safe boating harbour, plentiful fishing and sandy beaches.

Limestone Cove is an extraordinary country and coastal retreat with approximately 1 kilometre of ocean frontage, nestled on approximately 157 acres (63.71ha) of prime land. With a north-facing position providing uninterrupted, sweeping views over the pristine blue waters of Smiths Beach.
Limestone Cove offers an idyllic and private coastal lifestyle in a premier eco-tourism destination.

TIMELESS
CONNECTION TO LAND & SEA.
Limestone Cove is a warm and inviting home, offering exceptional comfort year-round. In the summer months, natural airflow ensures a cool and breezy interior, complemented by screen rooms for added comfort. During the winter, two large slow combustion fireplaces in both lounges provide efficient and cosy warmth.
True to its surroundings, Limestone Cove is crafted from stunning limestone blocks sourced directly from the property, combined with rendered besser blocks. The home sits on a concrete slab, and slate floors flow throughout the living areas, with tiled floors in the bathrooms. Western red cedar windows and cedar accents enhance the home’s natural charm.
The heart of the home is a generous country style kitchen, perfect for entertaining and family meals, featuring gas & electric cooking. The openplan living, dining, and two lounge areas all face the mesmerizing views of the ocean, creating an ever-present connection with nature.

Exploring the magnificent North Coast is a truly memorable experience. A mixture of cliffs, deserted sandy coves and beaches line the coastline with nature reserves and valleys posing a picturesque backdrop.
Emu Bay boasts a 4km stretch of beautiful sandy shores, which is safe for swimming and, of course, perfect for having a picnic on the beach. You might even spot some dolphins playing in the surf.
For secluded beaches to swim and fish at, try King George Beach, Western
River Cove and Stokes Bay. Snelling Beach is popular for surfing and rock fishing.
The North Coast is renowned for its great conditions for sailing and boasts a number of amazing places to lower the anchor in picturesque surrounds.
The Emu Bay Lavender farm showcases 12 cultivars of lavender in its lovely gardens. Be sure to visit the conservation of critically endangered farm animals at Will’s Rare Breeds Farm.
