MAKES FLYBE FIRST OFFICERS – fATPL holders – Flybe is now recruiting CTC FLEXICREW ATP graduates!

Professional pilots who complete their airline pilot training through our CTC FLEXICREW ATP Programme now have the opportunity to be put forward for airline placement with Flybe. Those outstanding graduates already selected this month will be ready for operational flying on the airline’s Dash 8 fleet as early as April 2016.

If you’re a newly-qualified, professional pilot from an EASA approved training organisation, the CTC FLEXICREW ATP programme could equip you with the skills for type-rating eligibility and even airline placement. In fact, we have already placed 74% of our CTC FLEXICREW ATP graduates with our Airline Partners since January 2016.

Our industry-leading training and Airline Partner placement opportunities make CTC TAKEOFF professional pilot training courses an obvious route to the flight deck for those who are looking for flexible, full or part time training modules to complete their CPL/MEIR. Today, many CTC TAKEOFF graduates have been placed with CTC Aviation’s Airline Partners - flying the line with Thomas Cook, Flybe, easyJet, and BA CityFlyer.

We caught up with Thomas Cook First Officer and CTC TAKEOFF graduate Morgan Guibaud, now based in Glasgow flying the A321 fleet.

“I chose to complete my flight training with CTC Aviation as the training standards are industry leading and it was the only training organisation I came across that potentially offered airline placement opportunities to their modular trainees.

Completing my flight training modules with CTC TAKEOFF also meant I had the opportunity to enrol on the Airline Qualification Course (AQC) to complete my MCC/JOC – and upon completing the course I could be eligible for airline placement. A highlight of my training, the AQC was a big step up – training in a multi-crew, airliner environment; I could feel that I was being prepared to transition into a commercial co-pilot role.

My advice to aspiring pilots considering a modular route for their commercial flight training is to choose a training organisation that can exceed your expectations.

Work hard and be positive! The industry is recruiting it is very encouraging.”
