MULTI-ENGINE INSTRUMENT RATING (MEIR)

PPL ground school is followed by 17 weeks of flight training to gain your PPL for singleengine aircraft, during which you will learn the fundamentals of visual flying, basic instrument flying, night flying and navigation.

Instrument Rating ground school and examinations are followed by 14 weeks of flight training in our new generation, twin-engine, G1000 EFIS equipped DA42 aircraft and simulators to develop your instrument flying skills.

You will fly either our Cessna 172 or Diamond DA20 aircraft for this phase. After obtaining your PPL you are qualified to fly for recreation, carry non fare-paying passengers and progress onto more advanced aircraft types.
