Job hunting success is about quality not quantity Few of us love to do job hunting. For many it is a stressful and energy consuming activity in which we would like to spend as little time as possible. The “easy solution” is just to make one CV and one cover letter and send it to every potential employer we can think of. Unfortunately, that solution is highly ineffective. Ask yourself the following question: how many times have you read an email sent by a person you never heard of-when the email looks like it has been sent to hundreds of other people? That´s right, you will most likely delete that k ind of messages outr ight w ithout g iv ing it much consideration. When we invest our precious time in job hunting, we should invest it wisely. Focus on quality first, quantity second. “Knowing others is wisdom, knowing yourself is Enlightenment” The CVs, cover letters and emails that you write, the phone calls you make
