To be a bridge between Finland and China We in Finland, both us Finnish and Chinese can help our own countries and families. We can be the ones that build bridges. This way we may truly make some really positive changes and build a more positive future together. It’s good to remember the phrase by Margaret Mead: Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has. In Finland we’ve realized that China is a key for many changes in our own backyard. We can both learn so much from each other. Let’s not only focus on the challenges, but also the opportunities. This is something that the previous year 2014 has so clearly crystalized before my eyes. We need each other and together can build so much more colourful future. Let’s take the challenge.
