After a scaled back event in 2021, due to Covid restrictions, the 2022 Harmony Arts Festival returned for its 31st year, with a more fulsome and robust schedule of performances, activities, and events.
For 10 days in August the West Vancouver waterfront, between Ambleside and John Lawson Park, was alive with excitement as the community came together to celebrate arts and culture in West Vancouver!
We were excited to include an extensive variety of programming, including more than 60 free live music performances on two stages, art markets, al fresco culinary experiences, art demonstrations and exhibits, and fun activities and interactive art experiences for children.
The breadth and strength of the programming offered at Harmony Arts would not have been possible without you, our valued sponsor. We value your loyal support and the trust you have shown us to represent your brand at the festival. Thank you so much for your continued support! We hope to be able to count on you again, as we begin to plan for a bigger and better Harmony Arts Festival in 2023!
Thank you,
Cultural Services Manager | District of West Vancouver

We acknowledge that the Harmony Arts Festival takes place on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Squamish Nation, Tsleil-Waututh Nation, and Musqueam Nation.
We recognize and respect them as nations in this territory, as well as their historic connection to the lands and waters around us since time immemorial.
Our festival has a proud history of amplifying Indigenous partnerships, and the 2022 program once again included a diverse selection of artists.
We understand that we have a responsibility to seek out and build authentic relationships with Indigenous artists, to share their knowledge and wisdom to influence our practice. As part of this process, we remain committed to engaging with, welcoming, and supporting Indigenous artists and audiences.

Sustainability and environmental justice play a central role within all aspects of Harmony Arts Festival in line with our commitment to the arts and culture, creating something incredible and positively impactful.
We are committed to minimizing our environmental footprint through progressive changes that increase the amount of waste diverted away from from the landfill each year.
We hosted a scaled-back version in 2021, so it’s amazing to welcome back the entire arts community and our community partners and sponsors, who ensure the festival is open and free to all.
Harmony is where long-time locals mingle with new neighbours, art enthusiasts meet enthusiastic novices, and generations come together on the waterfront. The festival team built a campaign integrating digital, media relations, and print, to amplify our message and spread excitement about the festival.
