We build and renovate custom homes that reflect the owners’ individual needs and desires.

The Team at Crown Isle Homes Ltd. led by Vice President of Construction, Jayson Welsh, is well versed in every aspect of home building. In addition to partnering with the highest quality professional trades, our talented in-house design and construction team will work with you to advise on all the latest design styles and finishes available today. We support you throughout the planning process, pulling together all the elements.

From individuality, such as wine cellars, steam rooms and outdoor kitchens to the luxurious touches of granite countertops, ceramic tile floors, or fine custom woodworking, the Homes by Crown Isle Team works closely with each homeowner to create your vision of your dream home.

Quote Process

○ Once client choices are finalized, o ice sta will send the information to suppliers for quotes

○ Quotes are emailed back to Crown Isle sta from the supplier

○ Clients receive Crown Isle pricing, no mark ups

○ Sta will check to see if it’s within budget, if so then it’s emailed to clients for approval

○ If over budget or items not available, we work to find a solution and request new quotes

○ Once quotes are approved by client, via email (written) confirmation, Crown Isle Homes team start and facilitate the ordering process with suppliers

○ Note that any changes (change-orders) will need to be approved and signed by the client

The Crown Isle Homes construction team will work closely with you ensuring you are well advised and have the most up-to-date information for designing and building your premier custom home.

1. FLOORING

Hardwood throughout or carpets in the bedrooms? Dark or light, wide plank or narrow, hand scraped or flat finish? Flooring sets the mood for a home while enhancing other finish elements and furniture. Whether your home design lends itself to a modern or traditional flare, hardwood provides an unmatched natural element while tile and carpet add texture, comfort and design. Choosing what best suits your living space and budget requires special consideration.

2. CABINETRY

You can choose cabinets that complement your style, select finishes and hardware, and customize features for optimal functionality. Accessorize with options such as roll out pantry designs, hidden bin storage, sliding drawer trays, spice racks and much more. The Butler’s pantry can be customized for optimal space and functionality, making it a favourite in your home.

3. COUNTERTOPS

Selecting countertops is a decision that will substantially impact the aesthetics of your home, while adding durability and value. A variety of options are available, ranging from classic granite or marble, to a more modern quartz or budget friendly laminate. Keeping quality and price point in mind, our specialists will assist you when choosing countertops to best suit the home of your dreams.

4. BACK SPLASH

One of the best elements used to bring the entire kitchen together is the backsplash which is both functional and catches everyone’s eye. We have a wide range of options, from sleek glass mosaics, to honed limestone and ceramic subway tiles.

5. ELECTRICAL INTERIOR

As the homeowner, a walk-through with the electrician provides the opportunity to make the final decisions on electrical layout. Where do you want switches and outlets? You will have the opportunity to discuss illuminating your home, from pot lights and custom selected fixtures, to electrical outlets and sound and security systems, all the while ensuring your optimal comfort.

6. LIGHT FIXTURES

A variety of fixtures are available, from contemporary to traditional classic style and look, from rustic bronze or wrought iron to crystal chandeliers. Light fixtures are one of the final elements to accent and enhance the beauty of your home.

7. INTERIOR DOORS & HARDWARE

This was our first time building a new house, and it turned out to be a great experience working with such a talented and dedicated team at Crown Isle Homes. Small design changes during construction were never a problem, and we really appreciated Jayson, Chris, and the rest of the team’s excellent advice on how best to achieve our vision for our new home.

Solid or hollow core is one of the first options when it comes to choosing doors to suit your budget and the style of your new home. The Crown Isle Homes team will take the stress out of the decision-making by helping you decide on the look and latest models to compliment your home. From moulded wood composite to contemporary with glass, when it comes to adding the perfect style and finish, there is a collection just right for your architectural space and style.

8. FINISHING MATERIALS & LABOUR

Finishing a home is a great opportunity to add features to enhance the architectural character and design of your home with crown moulding, co ered ceilings, boxed beams, trims and mouldings. Adding precision detail not only adds interest but value to your home.

10. ENSUITE TILE, SHOWER, FLOORING

The ensuite is an extension of the primary bedroom, a luxurious retreat where you can escape the pressures of the day. Create a space that visually flows from the bedroom by choosing tile and fixtures that complement your home’s overall aesthetic. This might be a freestanding tub with separate shower for larger rooms, or through complementary tile and paint choices for smaller spaces. 11. SHOWER DOORS, MIRRORS

Options for shower doors include framing, glass thickness, door hardware & finish. Ensuite mirrors can be as simple or elaborate as the homeowner desires, from beveled edges to custom framed pieces. Mirrors are an added touch to personalize the space and price points for any budget.
