Bathed in natural light through floor to ceiling glass windows, Seasalt Conservatory lies on level one of Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacifc. The room offers a neutral pallet with white walls and charcoal ironwork, a grand wrought iron chandelier and large windows overlooking the highlight of the venue, Terrigal beach.
This event space adjoins the Lord Ashley Lounge where you may choose to hold your ceremony.

The largest event space at the hotel, the Grand Ballroom is what fairy-tale weddings are made of. From the moment you walk through the doors to greet your guests until the farewells at the end of the night, you will always remember your wedding in the Grand Ballroom. We understand sometimes your wedding day can be a bit overwhelming. One simple way to make your day easier is to spend the night before your wedding at the hotel. Arriving to the hotel the day before the wedding eliminates the stress of getting ready offsite and we will ensure a comfortable night’s sleep sleep to have you well-rested for the MAIN EVENT. Should you wish to proceed, your booking will be held tentatively and a contract will be provided to you. The space is held for a period of 7 days and is not confirmed until a signed contract and deposit is received.
A first deposit equal to 20% of the estimated event total is required upon confirmation of the event. A deposit schedule will be put together for payments leading up to the event. Final balance of the payment should be made 14 days prior to the event. Cancellations will apply accordingly.
Our team of qualified chefs take great care in the preparation of menu items, however some food products may contain allergens that individual guests may be allergic to. Your Crowne Weddings Planner will be available prior to your event to discuss any of these special dietary or religious requirements with you.
The final food and beverage selection must be given to the hotel no later than 14 days prior to the event. Changes thereafter cannot be guaranteed.
Minimum catering numbers do apply. Please enquire for further details. All prices are correct at the time/ date of publication, however management reserves the right to change prices without prior notice due to market conditions. All food and beverages consumed in meeting rooms, restaurants, bars, public and private function areas must only be that of which the hotel has provided. No outside catering or beverages can be brought into the hotel without prior approval from the General Manager. Events held on Public Holidays may incur a 10% surcharge. A merchant service fee of 3% applies for Diners Club and JCB credit cards. A 1.5% fee applies for all other credit cards. You are welcome to change your preferred method of payment to cash, direct deposit or EFTPOS as these methods do not incur a fee.
We are committed to patron care and adhere completely with the Liquor Act in regards to Responsible Service of Alcohol. It is an offence to supply liquor, allow liquor to be supplied to or consumed by a person who is under the age of 18, or is showing signs of intoxication. We thank you in advance for your support through your event.
For your safety, we reserve the right to control elements of events held within the hotel. This includes managing the noise volume for the consideration of others.
