Welcome to Cromer Golf Club

Celebrate in style at Cromer Golf Club. Enjoy birthday celebrations with a dance band for the year olds through to an afternoon tea party with a string quartet to celebrate turning ! Wedding Anniversaries, Family Celebrations with a BBQ or a Private Dinner, Staff Celebrations or Fundraising Events can all be enjoyed in our stunning rooms or on the terrace. Delicious food and beverage packages are sure to delight you and your guests and create lasting memories to share with your friends and family.

Your guests will be impressed from the moment they walk through the private entrance to our unique reception area, with its soaring cathedral ceiling and expansive windows over looking spot lit gardens and our championship golf course in its suburb bushland setting.

Our venue is available during the day or evening and can accomodate any number of guests, up to seated or at a cocktail style function.

Over the years we've hosted many special events for our members and guests, including birthday's, anniversaries, private Christmas functions, school fundraisers, charity events, family celebrations and private wakes.

Wth first class dining and warm service, our friendly, well trained staff will do their utmost to ensure your event is a success. Your dedicated event coordinator can advise you on the perfect package to suit your needs, and we can also tailor-make something special just for you.

Confirmation of final numbers and catering requirements is required seven days prior to the event. You will be sent an account for the green fees and food and beverages, and this must be paid in full prior to the event.

A deposit of $ is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable if your booking is cancelled with less than three months notice.

Due to liquor licensing laws, we are unable to permit any party to bring any alcohol into the confines of the club or the course.

If you prefer, all drinks consumed by your guests can be rung into a ‘Dry Till’. This allows you to specify the drinks you would like served, and also put a dollar limit on the account. The Bar Supervisor will keep you informed of the running total. Dry till accounts are to be finalised on the day with payment by cash or credit card.

Wines: Cromer Golf Club has a full range of wines for all tastes and budgets, and we can also source most wines should you have a preference for something special. Please discuss your needs with your Function Manager.
