For the bride who wishes to organise her own table and room decorations. Included in the Fairways package:

• Private Bridal lounge

• Dance floor, lectern and microphone

• Skirted bridal and cake table

• Placement of place cards, seating plans and bonbonniere

• Delicious canapes served with pre dinner drinks

• Two course alternate serve menu

• Your wedding cake served with cream and raspberry coulis with tea, coffee and chocolates

• Five hour Silver beverage package $. per person

For the bride who likes to leave most of the Reception details to us, the Lakes package includes:

• Chair covers with a choice of organza sash for all guests

• Placement of place cards, seating plans and bonbonniere

• Delicious canapes served with pre dinner drinks

Kingfish ceviche topped with baby capers and Spanish onion with a chilli and coriander citrus dressing

Seared scallops on cauliflower puree with asparagus spears, tomato concasse and basil oil

Grilled prawns on an avocado timbale with orange segments, fresh coriander and a chilli and lime vinaigrette

Crispy skin pork belly with salt and pepper squid, green papaya and Thai herb salad with a soy and sesame dressing

Roast beef, caramelised onion, capsicum, tomato and chive tart with watercress and balsamic glaze

Wild mushroom, thyme and truffle risotto topped with crisp prosciutto and shaved parmesan

Char grilled marinated vegetable stack with a rich Napoli sauce topped with grilled haloumi and fresh basil

Chicken supreme on carrot puree, green beans and a spicy tomato and red capsicum relish

Confit duck Maryland on cauliflower puree, braised red cabbage, Dutch carrots and a caramelised onion jus

Pork loin steak with sweet potato and rosemary mash, wilted spinach and spiced apple

Beef eye fillet with pumpkin puree, potato fondant, balsamic glazed truss cherry tomatoes and a port wine jus

For a larger guest list or if you’d prefer a wedding reception that is carefree and relaxed where everyone can mingle and chat, our cocktail package offers delicious canapés. 6 canapes, substantial canapes, traditional beverage package and your wedding cake served on platters with tea and coffee. $ per guest

Wedding Beverage Packages

DRY TILL ACCOUNT

If you prefer, all drinks consumed by your guests can be rung into a ‘Dry Till’. This allows you to specify the drinks you would like served, and also put a dollar limit on the account. The Bar Supervisor will keep you informed of the running total.

Dry till accounts are to be finalised on the day with payment by cash or credit card.

Due to liquor licensing laws, we are unable to permit any party to bring any alcohol into the confines of the club or the course.

Wines: Cromer Golf Club has a full range of wines for all tastes and budgets, and we can also source most wines should you have a preference for something special. Please discuss your needs with your Function Manager.

BOOKING, DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

A deposit of $ is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non refundable if your booking is cancelled with less than three months notice.

Confirmation of final numbers and catering requirements is required seven days prior to the event. You will be sent an account for the room hire and food and beverages, and this must be paid in full prior to the event.
