Steelweld Eddy Current Separator
The Steelweld ECS is a mobile eddy current separator which uses a powerful rare earth magnet, and eddy current magnet to accurately separate ferrous and non-ferrous metals from a variety of material streams.
CRJ Services operate the ECS1500 and ECS2000 models in our hire fleet, and as the dealer for Steelweld, we also offer these for purchase. Both models come on crawler tracks, an onboard diesel generator, allowing for easy manoeuvrability around site.

Bruce BWB120
As the dealer for Bruce Engineering Ltd, CRJ Services offers the Bruce BWB120 water bath for hire and sale. This unit is a compact, mobile, and operator-friendly water bath is designed to separate floating contamination from aggregate products, ready for the stockpiling.
The BWB120 can be adjusted to suit operational requirements and specific feed materials via its variable speed brush conveyor and inclined chevron conveyor. Kiverco Picking Stations
CRJ Services operate several Kiverco two and three bay picking stations (PS122 & PS123) in our hire fleet. These units allow for the picking of material from both sides of the belt, into two or three 40yard containers, placed under the station. Our picking stations can come equipped with both a blower, which will remove the light fraction from the material stream, as well as an overband magnet across the outfeed, removing the ferrous metal fraction.
All of our picking stations are fitted with the latest safety features, heating, lighting and electric, offering operatives with a safe and comfortable working environment.

In partnership with HAAS, CRJ Services delivers market-leading, turn-key, static wood recycling plant installations. Utilising the latest in processing technology, we will plan, develop and install bespoke wood recycling plants to suit our customers’ operational requirements.
Although our plants can be created to suit specific needs, a typical plant comprises a star-screen, hammermill, eddy current separator, oscillating deck screen and chain conveyors that transport and dispense the various finished product sizes into storage bays.
