EXPAND YOUR TALENT
"For more than a decade, Accenture has proudly supported the Cristo Rey Corporate Work Study (CWS) program because of its profound impact on high school students, helping them grow both personally and professionally. Through realworld work experiences, the CWS program equips students with valuable job skills that position them for long-term career success which we need at Accenture, and also in our Nation, to remain competitive in the global economy. We remain committed to driving meaningful change in the communities where we live and work across the US —and mentoring and supervising these talented students makes our employees and our culture better."
Marty Rodgers Accenture, Senior Managing Director
Student Associates bring high value now, integrating with your staff and performing entry level skilled tasks. These Associates contribute to your workplace needs, while gaining early access to professional networks and developing newfound awareness to pursue and excel in careers or industries they may not have otherwise considered.
IMPROVE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
Professional workplace environments provide consistent, high quality learning for Student Associates to connect classroom to career, while earning a significant portion of their own private education costs. Students gain valuable social and technical skills, confidence, and aspirations, along with professional mentorships that cannot be accessed in the traditional classroom.
BUILD THE FUTURE WORKFORCE
By training the future workforce you are developing a highly qualified pipeline of future talent for your industry and even for your company. One in three Cristo Rey Seniors choose college majors directly connected to their CWS job during high school.

ABOUT CORPORATE WORK STUDY
The Corporate Work Study (CWS) program is a separately incorporated entity within a Cristo Rey school that places every student in a professional job (on-site, remote or hybrid) four or five full days a month*, all four years of high school. Cristo Rey students are employees of CWS, not of your company. Corporate Partners pay a competitive, annual service fee to the program for the students’ college preparatory education. CWS operates similarly to a temporary staffing agency with the explicit awareness and approval of relevant state agencies and the U.S. Department of Labor.
WORK SCHEDULE
Student Associates work in a job sharing team to fill one full-time equivalent position during standard daily business hours, Monday through Friday, for the entire academic year*. Academic schedules are structured so that students work without ever missing class. Our integrated academic and CWS experience is widely recognized as the critical component of a Cristo Rey education.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
A team of Student Associates can be placed in one or more of your departments (on-site, remote or hybrid) and perform a wide range of responsibilities on the job, such as data entry, translation services, IT support, project research, marketing, talent acquisition and ERG support, and many other tasks. The Corporate Work Study office works directly with you to generate a job description and a partnership experience that is mutually rewarding for your company and our Student Associates.
*Cristo Rey member schools vary slightly in CWS program operation, which may affect the number of workdays during the school/work year, the program fee, and other market-based considerations.

Ways to Partner Locally
1. On-Site Team: Four or five students at work, in your office(s).
2. Off-Site / Hybrid Team (Remote from Cristo Rey Campus): Flexible team to meet your needs. When off-site, students are in a CWS remote work site and monitored by a CWS Manager, students work remotely under the direction of your supervisor to complete work typically performed on-site.
3. Student Associates Sponsorship: Make a tax-deductible contribution to CWS to underwrite a full team of Student Associates for placement with an nonprofit organization.
Ways to Partner Nationally
1. Fund National Innovation: Make a tax-deductible contribution to the national office to ensure Cristo Rey students continue to develop as the employees industries need now and in the future.
