EXHIBITOR WORKSHOP | $2,000
Exhibitor workshops offer exhibitors an opportunity to promote and/or demonstrate products/services to conference attendees in a classroom setting.
Exhibitor workshops will be scheduled in 75-minute time slots. The number of available sessions is limited. The deadline for securing a spot on the conference schedule is April 15th. Exhibitor workshops will be filled on a first come-first served basis upon registration and full payment. More details are provided below!
The following is provided with the purchase of an exhibitor workshop:
This classroom is fully equipped with a projector and screen that you can use during the workshop. Whether you're presenting slides, videos, or other multimedia content, this setup will help ensure that your message is seen and heard clearly by everyone
To encourage attendance at exhibitor workshops, the conference will award several door prizes to randomly selected attendees These selections will be drawn from evaluations completed for the exhibitor workshops
Your exhibitor workshop description, along with date, time, and location, will be listed on the conference website, as well as on the conference app, and each day during the conference on the information screens that are located throughout the conference.
