PARKING
PLAN ON PARKING ON-SITE?
Limited parking is available on-site. If you are not able to park in the Sheraton parking garage, there are several off-site parking lots within walking distance of the Sheraton Hotel. You can find an alternative parking map here. Your vehicle may be towed if you park on the street or in a restricted area.

Attendees can use the app to access all program information, complete workshop evaluations, access handouts, take notes, build their schedule, and more! Workshops are first-come, first-served, so choose a few options per time slot! No pre-registration required.

3.Log into your account by signing in with your email address and confirmation number.
App accounts cannot be shared among attendees. Sharing an app account may result in inaccurate information on your final certificate or no certificate at all.

HOW TO NAVIGATE THE APP ON DEMAND
WHEN CAN I VIEW ON DEMAND?
Attendees will receive access to 50+ on demand sessions, which will be available from August 3 - September 7, 2025. CEUs will be offered for each on demand session; however, on demand content is not TCOLE eligible.
HOW TO ACCESS ON DEMAND?
Website
1.Go to https://cacc2025.eventscribe.net/.
2.Go to "Browse by Day" in the left navigation panel - Click on On Demand.
3.Select the session you would like to watch.
4.Click the On Demand button in the bottom right-hand corner.
5.If you are not already logged into your account, it will prompt you to log in.
6.From there, you will be directed to GoToWebinar where you will be prompted to fill out the registration fields - click Register.
7.Once registered, you will have access to view the presentation.
Mobile App
1.Tap on the Agenda icon and select Browse by On Demand.
2.Select the session you would like to watch.
3.Click the On Demand icon on the bottom navigation bar.
4.From there, you will be directed to GoToWebinar where you will be prompted to fill out the registration fields - click Register.

HANDOUTS
HOW TO ACCESS HANDOUTS IN THE APP
1.Navigate to either the CACC Mobile App or the eventScribe site online.
2.Tap or click on the session you wish to access handouts from.
3.In the app, tap on “Slides” . On the website, click on the “Presentation Handout” icon.
PREFER PAPER HANDOUTS?
You will need to print your own handouts before the conference, as printed handouts are NOT provided on-site. Keep in mind, not all speakers provide a handout.
EVALUATIONS
HOW TO ACCESS EVALUATIONS
All evaluations will be conducted via the CACC Mobile App or eventScribe site. Each presenter will provide a unique verification code at the end of each 75-minute block of instruction that you will use to "unlock" the evaluation for that session. Be sure you record the code correctly as this will be your only opportunity to get the code.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CERTIFICATE?
You must complete an evaluation for each 75-minute block of instruction attended as well as the Post Event Feedback survey to obtain your final conference certificate. Your final conference certificate will display only those sessions and credit hours for which an evaluation was successfully completed.
The deadline to print your certificate is September 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM. No access will be granted after this date.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
The dress code is casual for our event Inside the Sheraton, it can get pretty chilly Despite the 100-degree temperatures outside, it's wise to pack some extra layers Be sure to wear comfortable shoes because you'll be doing quite a bit of walking to and from workshops
CAN I BRING MY CHILD?
Minors are prohibited from attending the conference No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the workshops Children are not allowed to be left unattended in any area of the hotel or conference center
CAN I BRING MY PET?
With respect to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), no animals are allowed on the premises unless they are recognized service animals as defined by the ADA. A service animal is a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks directly related to the functional limitations of a person’s disability.
CAN I CARRY MY FIREARM?
Keep firearms on your person or locked in your hotel safe. Firearms left unattended in your hotel room or visible in your vehicle will be turned over to the Dallas Police Department, and a report will be filed. Per hotel policy, the Sheraton prohibits open and closed carry for non-law enforcement.
ARE MEALS PROVIDED?
A light breakfast of pastries, hot tea, and coffee will be provided each morning, along with snacks and beverages at designated times as noted in the schedule Breakfast is available on a first-come, first-served basis Dinner will be provided at the Wednesday night Conference Celebration from 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM All other meals are on your own Please note: The conference is unable to accommodate individual dietary restrictions We encourage attendees to plan accordingly
VISITING THE SHERATON HOTEL POOL?
Outside alcohol is not permitted at the hotel pool You will be asked to leave the pool if you bring your own alcohol. No glass containers are permitted in the pool area.
ARE YOU A NURSING MOTHER?
We will have a private space located in Pearl 1 for nursing mothers to pump throughout the week. Please visit our Volunteer Lounge - Pearl 4 located on the second floor of the Sheraton Hotel for access to this room.
