INTRODUCTION
In order for you to get the best out of your membership, it is important that you understand and follow our T&Cs
OPENING TIMES
On the very rare occasion, we may have to alter the opening/closing times of the Country Club to ensure that it is kept to high standards. Where possible, we will give you notice and try to offer an alternative if we can
PROPERTY
We welcome lots of guests daily, so cannot ensure personal property will not get lost or damaged. We recommend leaving valuables at home. Lockers are provided with a returnable £1 coin We will not accept any legal responsibility for any loss or damage
CLOTHING
To ensure your safety, we ask that you wear appropriate clothing and footwear throughout your visit.
YOUR WELLBEING
If you have any medical conditions, let our team know for your safety during each visit Before entering pools and following visits to the sauna and steam room, you should shower We recommend seeking medical advice before using facilities if you have any medical conditions. If you become injured during while taking part in any activity, we are unable to accept responsibility
FIRE
If you hear the fire alarm, please follow team members’ directions.
RESTRICTIONS
Pets (except guide dogs) and smoking (including vaping and e-cigarettes) are not allowed The Cinema and Glen’s Den are for use by hotel residents only The Gym is open to anyone aged 16 and over. The Victorian Baths is open to anyone aged 18 and over.
MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships are a minimum of 12 months Once you have completed the online application and payment, we will get this processed as quickly as possible You will be able to use the facilities from the moment you sign up, however it may take a few days to issue your membership card and welcome pack.

COUNTRY CLUB MEMBERSHIP LOCATION
While your Crieff Hydro Country Club membership will allow you to access Peebles Hydro Country Club, and vice versa, your Country Club membership needs to be at the hotel closest to your home address.
JOINING FEE
For new members, a joining fee will be payable in addition to your membership fees. The joining fee will not be payable again as long as your membership remains current. If your membership ends for any reason and you later want to become a member again, a further joining fee will apply
PAYMENT
Direct debits will be managed by our partner DFC, which will appear on your bank statement, and payments will be taken on the 8 of each month. You can manage your direct debits with them with an easy-to-use online portal, and we ask that any changes to your direct debit be dealt with by DFC in the first instance
th CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your membership at the end of the term, DFC will require one month’s notice. If you cancel your membership prior to the end of your term, you will still be liable for outstanding balances Exceptions can be made for serious injury and illness, or if you relocate by more than 15 miles and can provide reasonable evidence to the DFC
GUESTS
You are welcome to bring guests at an additional charge; be sure to remain with your guest for the duration of the visit Your card gives you specific discounts throughout the resort, for you and a maximum of 5 other guests, but you must be present to receive this discount
BOOKINGS
All facilities must be booked online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment.
BENEFITS
You should be present and able to present your membership card to receive benefits Food and drinks benefits can be used within the hotel, but are not redeemable at functions or events. Benefits cards cannot be used with any other offer. We reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information featured within our benefits at any time.
MEMBER BEHAVIOUR
We will not tolerate abuse, harassment, intimidating behaviour or being physically threatened If we find this to be the case, we reserve the right to ban you immediately and permanently cancel your membership.
