Welcome!

We welcome Edward Adamson and Patti Speck as official new members of Crescent Hill Baptist Church!

EDWARDADAMSON

Edward comes to us as a transplant to Louisville from Tennessee. He actually moved into this very neighborhood in 1987 and made his home nearby through his years as a seminary student at SBTS After graduating in 1990, he served several congregations in a variety of denominational settings in various cities and towns. Having experienced life with Roman Catholic, United Methodist, Disciples of Christ, Unitarian, Unity, and United Church of Christ communities, he has found his way here to CHBC. He is single, the father of an adult daughter and has an appreciation for creativity of all kinds.

PATTISPECK

Edward is excited to be part of CHBC and plans to be an active member of this family of faith.

I was born in Phoenix, Arizona, but grew up in Franklin, Indiana For 25 years I lived in Mayville/Chautauqua, NY. I have 3 grown children My oldest, Mark lives with me Dennis is working in Germany. My youngest, Florajo is married and lives in Louisville with her husband, Robert. I'll be blessed with my first grandchild, a girl, this May. For 15 years, I have been an Early Childhood Educator. The past 12 years I have taught Kindergarten at Christ Church School. My daddy was a preacher in the Disciple of Christ Church. He would be happy that I was led to Crescent Hill Baptist Church I think he would really like Jordan, they have/had a similar sense of humor
