Welcome Welcome to Northern Restaurant & Bar 2014 which, fittingly, is the fourteenth incarnation of the show. We are proud to say that this is the biggest hospitality trade exhibition outside London, hosting over 250 suppliers, 6,000 visitors and more than 50 tastings and demos. This year we are delighted to welcome Michael Caines and James Martin for their first ever demonstrations in Chef Live, and to offer the chance to win a trip to St Lucia with Chairman’s Reserve in the cocktail competition. We are also launching the inaugural NRB Debate which will see three of hospitality’s leading Northern operators – Tim Bacon, Marcello Distefano and Beau Myers – talk about their businesses and their opinions on what the future holds (see the registration desk for ticket purchases on the day).
