Diploma in Marketing Extended Curriculum Programme (ECP)
The Extended Curriculum Programme (ECP) is for prospective South African Marketing students who meet the minimum admission requirements, but may fall short on the admission point score (APS) for the mainstream programme.

WHAT YOU NEED
Minimum Admission Requirements
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) with:
• English (4)
• Mathematics (2) or
• Mathematical Literacy (4)
AND one of the following (for the Mainstream and ECP):
• Accounting (4), Economics (4), Business Studies (4)
The department utilises an Academic Point Score (APS) as selection criteria once the minimum admission requirements are satisfied. You need a minimum score of 26 with Mathematics or 28 with Mathematical Literacy for the mainstream programme. APS scores of 24 with Mathematics and 26 with Mathematical Literacy will be placed on the Extended Curriculum Programme (ECP).
