ESUN è una soluzione completa per il telecontrollo degli impianti fotovoltaici. Il sistema permette di memorizzare i dati dagli inverter, dai sensori meteo, dai contatori GSE e da altri dispositivi presenti in campo per poi trasferirli via LAN, GPRS o seriale RS-232/ RS-485 tramite protocollo MODBUS RTU. ESUN è in grado di rilevare anomalie e disservizi, comunicando direttamente con gli inverter installati, e inviare direttamente dalla centralina un report giornaliero mediante SMS o e-mail. La trasmissione dati utilizza un canale di backup basato su file ftp, così da aumentare l’affidabilità della trasmissione. Il sistema può gestire diversi tipi di sensori, come solarimetri, sonde di temperatura, piranometri, anemometri, pluviometri, ecc..). è disponibile nella versione con display, tastiera e batteria di backup per il rilevamento della mancanza di alimentazione.

ESUN, logger appartenente alla famiglia delle apparecchiature CPL CONCORDIA, è il cuore del sistema di telemisura e telecontrollo di impianti fotovoltaici. Con un unico apparato è possibile comunicare con il centro dati e con altri dispositivi locali quali pannelli sinottici, PLC, reti Ethernet.

Si può quindi rilevare la potenza istantanea e la potenza totale erogata per ogni inverter, oltre ai parametri generali di tensione e potenza istantanea e totale dell’impianto, con un aggiornamento giornaliero. I dati pubblicati sul WEB possono essere visualizzati sia in forma grafica che tabellare oppure essere esportati in file di Excel per una loro successiva analisi. Una mail giornaliera informa il gestore sullo stato dell’impianto al giorno precedente. meteo (opzionale) Il servizio meteo è fondamentale per poter gestire al meglio il proprio impianto fotovoltaico. CPL CONCORDIA propone il servizio per la rilevazione dell’irraggiamento solare al metro quadro, delle temperature (temperatura esterna, temperatura dei moduli fotovoltaici, temperatura del locale tecnico). Questi dati sono importanti per poter effettuare una prima stima di efficienza dell’impianto sulla base dell’irraggiamento reale. Performance e ombreggiamento L’analisi del funzionamento dell’impianto può essere ulteriormente dettagliata fino a rilevare la corrente della singola stringa di pannelli fotovoltaici. è quindi possibile valutarne la performance e il tasso di ombreggiamento, oltre alla possibilità di rilevare il danneggiamento o furto del pannello. meteo Plus (opzionale) In aggiunta al servizio meteo base è possibile rilevare la direzione e la velocità istantanea del vento, oltre che la quantità di pioggia caduta nel giorno. è possibile collegare

Se il contatore è predisposto per la telelettura sarà possibile ottenere una più precisa previsione dei ricavi derivanti dalla effettiva vendita dell’energia elettrica, oltre alla possibilità di monitorare costantemente il rendimento economico dell’impianto, e quindi un preciso flusso di cassa. Nei grandi impianti in cui è presente un contatore (dedicato o GSE), è possibile acquisire i dati per quantificare con esattezza l’importo degl’incentivi ricavati nel flusso di cassa. I dati letti dai contatori GSE possono inoltre essere confrontati coi dati di produzione degli inverter, ottenendo un controllo più completo delle funzionalità dell’impianto. analisi ProDuzione energetica Sul portale web è possibile visualizzare l’energia prodotta in un arco temporale orario, giornaliero, mensile e annuale. L’energia reale può essere confrontata con quella teorica calcolata in base all’irraggiamento reale e teorico.
