CELEBRATING 100 YEARS AND THE LAST ISSUE
Winter 2025 - 2nd June 1925 - 2025
As the mainstay of dairy farming since 1925, NZ Dairy Exporter is a trusted source of information, adding value to the business of dairy farming.
Modern dairy farming is a complex and demanding business with the technologies, systems and marketplace dairy farmers work in, constantly changing.
We are celebrating 100 years of this change from farmers adaption to new technologies over the decades, the evolution of genetics and the evolving dairy powerhouse globally New Zealand has become.
Many of New Zealand’s dairy farming agribusiness brands are showcasing their unique story in this special edition involved in the evolution over the past 100 years and what the next 100 years of dairy farming will look like.
The 100 year NZ Dairy Exporter will be released 2 June 2025 and will be the last before merging with Country-Wide.
We are excited to celebrate 100 years of the NZ Dairy Exporter with this special edition. On reflection through the archives, the merging with Country-Wide is a return home to the original NZ Farm Journal that the Dairy Exporter spun from, where all land owners can learn across the sectors together.

We host Live Q&A’s with our clients experts and farmer testimonals to answer live questions every month from other farmers interested in the topic.

COW BARNS PODCAST INTERVIEW
Following a recent feature in Dairy Exporter magazine on the rise and popularity of Mootels, Lely jumped at the opportunity to talk about the return on investment on a Lely Juno being used in cow barn across New Zealand.
The interview with their sales manager highlighted the potential savings in labour costs and diesel emissions.
With much uncertainty about government regulation, FAR also use the studio to create explainer videos about how to do a farm environment plan or how to use a greenhouse gas calculator which has been well recieved by their levy paying growers.
